troika contemporary crafts

Pretty little boutique located just a block from the county's only stop light! Local artists showing off their wares while you enjoy the Friday night street bands. Public bathroom is across the street and was clean when we visited.

Troika is a great place to shop for locally made items. I love pottery and always find at least one piece I can't leave without. This trip was no exception! Lovely silk scarves, pottery and wood items. The wood sculptural pieces were spectacular!

The Troika is in the middle of downtown Floyd and across the street from the Floyd Country Store (bluegrass destination). They offer various local art, including custom jewelry, woodwork, pottery, and wall hangings.

What a treasure! Excellent service and such beautiful objects to view and buy. Purchased jewelry by Anna Vaughn and a one of a kind lamp made by one of the owners.

What a lovely little shop, filled with unique and charming gifts as well as items you will want for yourself. I just happened to wander in and found myself thinking, oh, I need this and that...very nice proprietor and the quality if high, but not the price.

The collection here is more contemporary than you might expect in Floyd, which I liked. It's an excellent, although small, place. Well worth your time.
