My wife and I go to Fortune's Rocks Beach on a regular basis. The beach is at least 2 miles long with usually has a hard sand surface and easy walking. You should check the tide tables before you go hiking on the beach or you may be walking on soft sand and a much shorter beach to walk on.In season, you will need a parking permit obtained at Biddeford City Hall and you will need your car's registration certificate to obtain your permit even in your car in not registered in Maine. Otherwise it is free parking.

Pretty place to park and watch the surf. For beach going be clear by high tide as the water comes right up to the rocks.

Popular, white sandy beach, but parking is limited. Never a problem finding the best spot to sit down and enjoy the refreshing ocean waters,

Plenty of parking on street. Porta potty available. Gorgeous sunset local. Lots of families. Tide pools and lots of pebbles to collect :)

We had a wonderful time there. The drive was beautiful !!!! I would highly suggest everyone visiting this site!!
