We went here to take my young grandson to Disney's Live on Tour - Princesses & Pirates show. The theater itself is nicely done. Seating is comfortable and there don't appear to be any blocked seats. There are adequate bathrooms and elevators. For the amount of patrons, the parking lot does seem to be adequate and at today's show, the parking fee was $13.00. The biggest drawback is the traffic going in to and out of the parking lots. Even though Rosemont public safety officers are at a lot of traffic chokepoints, traffic still gets clogged. Leave yourself enough time to get in and then, sit back and enjoy the show. Then relax when you leave to your car and from the lot.
We came to see Disney Jr. Live and it was a great experience. I would suggest valet parking because it is so much easier to get out and much closer to the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience here.
Let it Be, Beatles tribute. Fantastic show and a very nice theater even though a bottle of water is $4.25. Comfy seats and decent site lines. Easy parking.
Went here to see Johnny Mathis in December. entry into the event was extremely efficient. Beautiful venue. Great acoustics. Helpful staff.
I really like to attend events in this northwest suburb of Chicago but every time there is gut-wrenching traffic to park before the show. I would give it a higher rating except for that traffic factor. Part of it is due to the location, and part to very rude drivers who cut in, however......- I know the Village of Rosemont has a lot of police - they could be better utilized in the period before a show- Re-time the lights for those getting off of 190; it is scary to wait up there with 50+ MPH traffic whizzing by when you are trying to exit- The light between the exit ramp and the first ramp on River Road is terribly mistimed and too short to allow any flow off that exit ramp- Consider allowing two right turn lanes on event night into the parking lotsBottom line - allow PLENTY of time (more than you think) for driving and parking. I am a good time planner and it is still very stressful. That being said, this time we were with someone with a handicapped sticker and once we did get up to parking the Rosemont Theatre staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating to get to a parking spot or in to the seats.Once you are in the theater, all the seats are really good. A tip for restrooms during intermission is to avoid the lobby and head instead to the exits on the lower level. Restrooms there have consistently little to no wait.
Went to see Mannheim steamroller and it was wonderful. Should have had vendors on each floor. More ushers would have been good as it was difficult for people to find their seats if they arrived a little late.
Remember, you can park across the street, and parking is free! (as long as you get your ticket validated at one of the restaurants). Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Such as Hofbrauhaus, Toby Keith's Bar and Grill, Adobe Gila's Mexican food, Fogo de Chao Brazilian steakhouse, and more.
having attended 19 of his concerts, this was his best ever! He did 2 complete sets and had a good comedian in between also, for the very first time in memory, he had an encore of 3 songs. He performed 3 songs! this was a major treat! At 79, his voice is amazing and better than it was in 1962!!!
This production of the Nutcracker was lots of fun, wonderful sets, great staging and costuming. Not to mention the Moscow Ballet company! Drinks of any kind are ridiculously expensive, so go prepared. Good sitelines and accoustics. Parking garage directly behind the theatre with a mall to entertain yourself if you have a wait. Lots of restaurants across the street. A busy area.
Hi,He has been around for about 55 years and yet people still say WHO.We went for the Christmas show and it was OK.I wanted him to sing my favorates yet he sang Christmas stuff, hence the Christmas show. His song selections I thought were poor and the second half was disappointing. We do not care because we came to him. The Rosemont theater is a good theater there are no bad seat. The sound was good with plenty of leg room at your seat.I will go again when my next entertainer plays there.
We had tickets to see Jerry Seinfeld, it took us one hour to go 3 blocks, when we got close there were police standing on the sidewalk, not directing traffic, acting as if the traffic wasn't a problem. Then they told us to go over to the new mall parking lot! We saw Jerry before, he starts on time , by the time we would have gotten to our seats the show would have been half over, we didn't go, blew the tickets and they wanted $30.00 to park!! We will never go to this venue ever again. Rosemont, get your act together ..
Acoustics in this theatre for Jerry Seinfeld were great. Seats in section 110-row U were really good. Seats a nice width-size but a little tight if you're long-legged. All good though. Wish they had large screen TVs on both sides of the stage. Even though Row U is pretty good, I would have appreciated to see Seinfeld's facial expressions during his routine.
The Rosemont is a very nice venue to see a show. We had seats in the lower balcony and had a great view-- parking was easy and the staff friendly
Fabulous....Muvico theatre is unbelievable. Love the reserved seating. Bogart's restaurant and bar are located there. Will return when back in Chicago.
I saw George Carlin here back in the late 90s and it is a venue but it was comfortable. Getting in and out was easy. Lots of parking, but high price for that.
