Kassiopi can be peaceful or lively depending on your tastes. There are many tavernas to choose from both on the main street and around the little harbour. Some offer traditional Greek dancing as entertainment or you can just in the peace of a tranquil restaurant as you watch the boats gently bob up and down. The Angevine bar is a great place for daytime coffee or evening cocktails as you sit on the balcony overlooking the harbour staring out to the sesame-seed bun landscape of Albania. There is a short walk to a couple of small beaches or a bus ride further on to Sandy Beach. The buses also take you to Corfu town and all stops in between. If you're after a mixture of quiet days or lively evenings, Kassiopi can cater for both.

A very quaint village with a picturesque harbour and sandy beaches. A bustling night life with tavernas and nice restuarants. The sailing trips are good value to see and visit other parts of the North of the Island, including Kalami and Agios Stephanos.f

Quiet, not a lot of traffic, good restaurants & pleasant shopping. Friendly people & an opportunity for the photographer.

Well we visited friends staying here and if we had book kassiopi we would have never came to corfu ever again. To high street. People very drunk falling all over and it was all bars. To me it looked dirty but if you like the high life, getting drunk every night and karaoke all night well this is the place for you

We have returned many times to Kassiopi over the years. It just gets better. Very clean. Great choice of restaurants, but not over busy. Lovely little beaches and coves around, great boat hire. We have hired a car in the past and also a 250cc scooter. 3/4 hrs drive from the airport, if you do your own transport. Our favourite place on Corfu. Very friendly locals. Returning once again this year. September is a good time to be there, not over hot.

Kasiopi is a nice place with good restaurants and nice beach, but it is too far away from Corfu town!

Clear water at the beach and a adorable little town where you also can eat in one of the restaurants at the water. For the beach you should rent s sunbed cause of the stones. And better buy some beach shoes, not only for the stones but for the sea urchins.

Despite the usual (maybe abusive) infrastructures that cover most of the seaside, this city is one of the cleanest, peaceful and lovely in Corfu. We just spent two hours as the bus to go back in Sidari where we had our studio had a limited routes, but we could pick berries along the way back, have a swim in a crystalline water with beautiful white stone 'beach' , there were not too many tourists that day so finally we could enjoy the sea sound. Unfortunately we didn't spend more time but absolutely recommended instead of Sidari which is built just for tourists and quite poor (apart from a couple of hidden gems) .

Went with my partner in august to michealangelos apartments. The apartments were very basic but ok. A little rocky beach was close by. The weather was perfect. Came hone with a golden tan. The pools were fair sized and not overcrowded. The little fishing villiage in the harbour was a ten min walk there were lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a day trip into corfu to the waterpark which was a good day out. Expensive once inside for food. Overall good holiday.

I have been going to Kassiopi since 1999? It is a second home to me and my family. My Greek family are more than hospitable and welcoming.Hence, we have returned nearly every year (at least once!). You will not be disappointed; good food, good wine & good company.

Myself and Helen walked to Kassiopi because missed the bus it was good to get exercise and take in the views it took about 1 and a half hours. You do have to be very careful along the roads as there are no footpaths either in the town or country side. Once there we bought things like beach towels necklaces etc. By the harbour we had lunch in Dolphins café bar, preceded to walk back to Mareblue beach Hotel.Best Regards Trevor Foxley Essex county uk

We found Kassiopi when looking for a last minute hol. Lovely little town with a nice harbour and some nice walks. Some nice eateries and small bars etc but not overwhelming. You can get buses to Corfu town but its a bit of a haul but non the less worth it, we hired a car so had no problems getting around. The roads are easy to travel on and relatively quiet. We also went over to Albania from the port to Butrint. A nice day and worth it for the duty free's if thats your thing. You can just stay in the town and bum around or get a bit more adventurous but either way you will have a nice time here. Has a good beach but there are some better further out and easy to get to.

We visited this wonderful village for the second time this year..In Oct it is fairly quiet as the local area is beginning to close for the season. However the sheer natural beauty of this island is still visible. The temperature was around 20-23 degree's. Be prepared for rain though as this is common for the season. The harbour was quiet although there was still trips going out on boats . The water was clear and still warm enough to swim in.In the old fort of Kassiopi my favourite flower had begun to bloom in its natural surroundings...the cyclamen...it was a fantastic sight to see them grow amongst the rocks and olive trees.I love this island and especially this village. See you all in the new year.
