It's both a cart and walking course.... there's a driving range to warm up at... a putting area to hone your putting skills and staff is quite friendly.The front nine is a gradual gently sloping time when you play.... it's when you reach the backnine that all bets are off. Hills and inclines are in play pretty much every hole and the wind is a major factor to consider. I was lucky enough to be paired with a gentleman who has played this course before... and I do thank him for that. Club selection is the key to success with this course and of course.... shot placement. It has some LONG par threes and you do have to work at each of these marvels. Overall I would say it is worth returning to... alot of fun and it was calling me to return to make a better score.Good luck
