The two classes I took so far were well rounded and harmonious. One teacher was more inclined to demonstrate his physical prowess (some bodies are born for yoga bless them) than to teach to this student levels, but that is enjoyable if you are up for challenges and don't fear injury. Another teacher had a unique and beautiful flow, which offered challenges with modifications to delight our chakras!Lovely clean atmosphere. No showers or changing rooms as far as I could tell. Small boutique for trinkets, not yoga apparel or mat purchases. Rental mats are $3.00 and a good material but you may want to flip them over to not slide on their shiny surface. Free and ample parking at back of building. Hard to find but worth the look for it.
