I used to come here to paint. There are nice views across the water facing either Beesly's Point or Ocean City. The bathrooms are pretty clean too for a park.

Not much happening here. Nice to sit, look at the bay and have lunch. Small gravely beach. Boat launch if you have a boat.

A nice place to stop for lunch as evidenced by some utility and parkway workers trucks when we were there.Great views of the causeway bridge and the back bay. Has a boat ramp also, along with a kids area. Bring binoculars.Take your trash with you or put it in the restroom trash cans........the only ones in the entire park!!KJ

To the right of the pier 1 hotel is the John F. Kennedy Park,It has a gazabo, play set, piers to walk out on and benches to sit on that over look the bay, the OC bridge and city of Ocean City. Very relaxing.

Great park with an east facing view(no sunsets). Pleasant clean and safe. Well patrolled and a safe place to let the kids unwind. Boat ramp is pretty good, not my favorite. Lots of family fun activities all Spring and Summer

Enjoyed great bay view as I walked thru the park. Park has a boat ramp, ample picnic tables and grills. Children's play area is very nice with an array of equipment. Nicely shaded and relaxing.

It's not really an attraction unless they have a festival there. Basically it's a small usually quite park along the bay where one or more can sit and have a bite. There is a boat ramp there if you are the nautical type but for all intent purposes as most reviews state here it's a picnic place.

It is a nice place to sit and rest while enjoying the view . For kids there is a playground. It is a place to picnic but do not make it a "must -see" stop on your grand tour of South Jersey.

Unless there is a festival being held here at the park there is not much to do. Sit and watch the bay,Small playground for kids,restrooms,boat launch.

This bay front park is a gem for picnics or just an afternoon enjoying the outdoors with kids there is a playground without there is a beautifull park with city maintained restrooms!

There is a see saw and little spinning seats along with slides and swings for the kids to enjoy. I like the fact there are picnic tables so you can have lunch and that it overlooks the bay.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. I now take my son. It's a nice. Great views of the water. Fun to watch the boats in the summer. The only downfall is they planted holly trees all throughout the park and they can be quite painful for the little ones if they fall.

Kennedy Park is a great place to bring your family or come alone and meditate on one of the remaining bluffs on a Jersey Bay. Good view nice playground picnic area etc.

...I spend quite a bit of time searching the Jersey Coast for access to the Beaches, Bays and Rivers to Fish, Crab and pick bait. We have been going to OCNJ for many-many years and on our Late Summer Vacation in September 2012, I was blessed to visit the John F. Kennedy Park in Somers Point, NJ. The Park is open from Dawn to Dusk. Most of the pictures are self explanatory and some of the others I will make comment. Highlights: The Park is 'Smoke Free'... handicapped accessible... very clean and well maintained. During the Vacation season there is a 'Fee For Use' Boat Launch or you can purchase a Seasonal Pass for $30.00 to $55.00. A small gravel beach/bank area that is accessible at low tide. I would not suggest swimming in this area. There is plenty of Parking and picnic tables. Enjoy this little 'Jewel'..!! Semper fi! Godspeed!! <')\\\\\\\\><
