It sells art, pottery, jewelry, metal sculptures, etc. all made by texas artisans. The pottery was of particular interest to me. The pieces displayed were beautiful and the prices were reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. An over all nice place to visit while in the area.

I thought this would be a lot of kitschy junque- WRONG! there are some beautiful handmade pottery, vases, and also candy, pecans, textiles and wearable art to view. Bought some locally made cups and steins for presents. Well worth your stop.

Johnson City has a new art destination - Texcetera, featuring fabulous art by Texas artists - paintings, pottery, textiles, jewelry, mesquite products, assemblage, along with Texas made food products, soaps, candles and more. The quaint little gallery, formerly the old library, is located on the square right across the street from the historic Blanco County Courthouse. The historic building, beautifully transformed, is bright and light, showcasing the offerings in a lovely atmosphere. I wonderful Made in Texas shopping adventure!
