If you are in the area and are wanting live entertainment, check out the venue because we always have a great time.

Went to the production of "Steam Heat" a musical from off Broadway. The music and the cast were absolutely great and one of the best performances I have seen. You wouldn't think that a great little theatre in a small town could produce such a number but they did, and they nailed it.

We've attended several shows here and there is not a bad seat in the house. The talent, mostly from New York and Western Michigan University is OUTSTANDING!! The intimate feel of the theater adds to the experience.

No matter WHAT we've seen at this amazing regional theatre, Mason St. Warehouse ROCKS. Super high quality, excellent entertainment - and housed in the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, so there's always terrific exhibits to take in, too.

Hands down the worst theatre experience I have ever had. Rude box office person and the shows are so cheesy. It reminded me of those shows they do in theme parks. Save your money!

Great entertainment after dinner, make it a date! Every seat is good, small venue so no worries. Can likely get a last minute ticket.

Saugatuck is a small town and although the theatre in Mason Street looks big and modern we were expecting some relatively amateur dramatics. We were more than pleasantly surprised! We saw 'Game Show' in which the audience interact very directly with the cast on stage. The audience play a studio audience at a live recording of a fictional TV game show and for the keen/ lucky ones, there is a chance to be a Game Show participant. Lots of fun and humour on many levels and suitable for the family with kids from around the age of 10 up.As already noted the theatre is modern, relatively small capacity, comfortable seats and a good rake for excellent visibility. If Game Show is illustrative of the quality of productions, any show offered is probably worth considering although we were told that some may be only suitable for adult audiences.Parking at the theatre is relatively limited but there should be spaces in streets a short walk away unless the show is on a particularly busy Saturday night. Perhaps the best option would be to get there early and spend some time in the art exhibition housed in the same building or (as we did) wander onto Butler Street for a pre-dinner drink.

Went into the Saugatuck Center for the Arts to see if they had a show on a Monday night. They didn't have the play running, but they did have a musical group Doug & Telisha (now the Wild Ponies). We thought we would take a chance and see the show..Wonderful! My husband and I both enjoyed the music, the performance and the creativity of this songwriting couple. Truly an unexpected great find that we can enjoy over and over again because we bought their CD!

For a small community like this, you don't expect first-class theatrical productions such as put on at MSW...but they don't disappoint. Name talent, profesionnal staging and direction, and a wonderfully comfortable theater make for a terrific experience!

Mason Street Productions are wonderful! The actors have been on Broadway in New York. We have been going to them every year and I have not been disappointed once.

We have been to 2 plays here - it is a very nice theatre with not a bad seat. If you want something different to do while visiting the Saugatuck/Douglas area - go here to see a play! We had fun both times attending and will go back again!

I went to see a play here recently and was really impressed. I thought it was going to be more like a community theater-type thing, but it was really nice! The theater is small enough that it doesn't matter what seat you get, it will be a good one. They also seem to work hard to produce quality professional theater that is affordable. I live near Chicago, and this place is a steal in comparison. I was happy to see that they seem to have a very devoted audience. I'd really like to come back here again sometime.

Been there several times. Haven't been disappointed yet. Nice venue for preforming arts. Not a bad seat in the house. Very professional productions from actors to staging. Reasonably priced and easy to get to.

Been here a couple times now. Always a Fun crowd without a bad seat in the place offering great shows!

Fortunate to see The Sinatra Review & Boeing Boeing. Both brought professional actors, singers, & direction. Each performance had a full audience and standing ovations. (Reminiscent of Saugatuck's Jim Dyas' Red Barn Theatre in the 60's & 70's at it's best.) Exactly what an Art Village needs. Nothing can compare to live theatre when the shows are creative, perfectly executed, and you leave feeling uplifted! Thank you and we are proud to be one of your many sponsors.
