Water is warm and plenty to do for hours of fun. Not a huge assortment, but enough to keep the kids happy. Lazy river and some big slides too. A big area for little ones.Great for one day a whole weekend may be to long

Brought the kids here for New Years Eve and they had a blast. The staff are friendly and it is a safe place for kids. The on site restaurant / bar is a nice place to relax for the adults afterward too.

Visited The Springs Water Park while staying at the Country Springs hotel for a wedding. Our kids were older, so we spent our time on the three water slides, lazy river, and in the water basketball area. Spent a solid two hours having a good time. There is more to do for younger children, which would make this park a great weekend respite for weary parents of smaller ones! Lifeguards were everywhere, which would make me very comfortable if my kids were smaller. Very happy to see that.

We've taken the kids and their friends to Country Springs 3 times and they have always enjoyed it. Lots of fun things to do and a good variety to keep them entertained for a few/several hours. Honestly, it's not huge, so after 2-3 hours, my kids and their friends have had enough (age 7 and age 12). But it's a great local option for a fun and active recreation! We always eat a meal or have snacks from the concession stand - friendly, but always s-l-o-w service. So don't expect to run in and run out like a fast food joint - unless you're just grabbing a ice cream bar or something, food takes awhile. I like Country Springs Water Park because it's very clean (the park itself, the locker rooms, etc) and the staff is friendly and guards are super-attentive to what's happening on the rides and in the water. Outside the water park is an arcade, which the kids love. The lobby is clean and comfortable, too. Even though we only live about 15 minutes away, this last time we finally decided to rent a room AND enjoy the water park - kind of like a "little get-away. But alas, the hotel rooms were outdated and drab - it didn't feel like the little getaway we'd hoped. But the water park has never failed to please us!

We live in town and had our daughter's birthday party at the Springs in June 2014. What I love: there is a giant playground in the middle, with a zero-entry pool about 8-12 inches deep in the middle for smaller kids and more active kids. A big bucket fills and dumps water from high above - with a gonging bell to let you know when to run (whether closer or away LOL). Slides, water guns, random dumping water and other fun contraptions - but in a way that I felt comfortable letting our kids and a relative's 4-year old run freely. The deeper area is 3-4 feet deep, and has a basketball net away from the edge of the pool so multiple groups can enjoy it - and your balls don't go flying onto the sidewalk. There is a floating crosswalk with monkey bars on one side, but separated enough that swimmers don't get dropped on by crossing youngsters (and adults). The lazy river moves at a decent clip and offers 2-person inner tubes. It's a bit rough around the edges though, and I had to keep a very attentive eye on my daughter's limbs so she didn't get scraped on the wall (yes, she has sensitive skin). The lazy river isn't as long as say Timber Ridge or Noah's Ark, and it's mostly kids running but still a nice feature. There are 2 water slides I've never tried. The nicest features: inner tubes come up by mechanical pulley so you don't have to drag it up yourself, and the slides empty into a separate pool versus a shared area with other swimmers/floaters.There is a hot tub, but I've never used it. The seating area leaves a lot to be desired. I know there is a locker room, but the lockers are never quite big enough to hold your bag (I use the large Thirty-One Utility Tote) so everyone brings their stuff in to the sitting area. A few more chairs and side tables would be nice (versus round dinner tables), or even a cubby area for kids to sock away their bags when there for a party. There is a little cafe which sells standard, over-priced foods. They take plastic (thankfully), and there is a bar (woot!). The party room on the bottom floor was good sized for 12 kids. The arcade is a decent size, lots of games. You use cards instead of tokens which tend to throw the younger kids for a loop. The games do give tickets which can be traded in for crap, oh I mean prizes. The games are at least 2 tokens (50c) each, up to 4 tokens each. But the arcade is upstairs from the park, and close to the exit door so you need to have at least one adult in proximity if with a large and divided group.I don't know how much day passes are, but the Springs as a party place was good. They took care of everything including meals, drinks, cake, and loot bags. Priced on the high side, I expected no less. My kid had a great time though - hey, and so did I!

It is a good place to take the family. Children love it. They are indoors, so you can swimming there during the winter too. I recommend.
