I'm on my way to a great time at Blue Chip Casino. I've previously stayed in their Aqua Tower, and the room blew away any Resort I've ever stayed at.Additionally, their Steak House is also very classy and the food is top notch.Tomorrow, I'll be picking up a mini ipad, so I'm just saying that the loyalty giveaways are the greatest of all the casinos I've visited, and I've visited quite a few!Also, even more importantly, I've heard, and experienced that the odds at the slots are the best of everywhere in the Midwest (that I know of), and especially better than Las Vegas!I've saved the best for last! The best is having an awesome host, like mine - Mike Blankenburg -who will do whatever it takes to make your night awesome. Whether it is getting you a fabulous room, excellent dinner, or the most for your comps, Mike really cares for the customers and always goes above and beyond for you. He is a host like you will not find anywhere else - trust me! You have to go there!

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and Casino. Of all the Casinos I have been in, I have to rate this one just an average casino.First, the smoke bothered me in this casino. It really was evident it was a smoking casino. Secondly, on Friday and Saturday night, there was a line for everything. The place was jammed packed. Great for the casino but it was not really an enjoyable evening when you have to wait for everything and it is so crowded.One nice thing on Saturday night was they have different bands playing at different times in the casino bar. The two bands I watched were really great and entertaining.I also thought the slots were a little tight.Not sure I would return.

Take enough money you can afford to lose. Slots are good but the penny machines keep increasing. It says it`s a penny but you must play 180 credits to get any reward. Thing is, this true at every casino. Still a great time.

Not much on gambling, but always have a great time there. Good service and one of the friendliest B connected booths. If there is a problem, they will try and fix it. a+ for going that extra mile.

Visited the casino Feb. 16 with our intent to play a little, then use our gift certificate for lunch. At the buffet apparently there was a computer issue and our card could not be read. The woman apologized, saying that it happened earlier that morning, but suggested paying out of pocket. About to leave with a $100 plus gift card in my pocket, there was a young woman, Annette Diaz, assisting with the line at the BG Booth. I explained the situation and without hesitation she said let me see what I can do. A short time later she had two comp certificates in her hand and thanked us for visiting today.

My wife and I drove my parents up to spend a couple of hours in the casino and to get a nice dinner at William B's. We all walked away losers in the casino. However, we all were winners in the restaurant. The food was very good and the service was outstanding! Kathy picked up right away that my dad was struggling (has dementia) and she could not of been kinder or more helpful. I can't say enough about her. Again ... outstanding food and even better service! Ask for Kathy.

I went to Blue Chip. Wow they are staying true to their ads. More bonuses and more Fun. They have a clean and very right attitude on my first visit. I will go back. After several horrible nights at four winds of heavy loses, could not win at any slot, Blue Chip was a wonderful night without the tight slots.

I have to say Blue Chip is a fun downtown Vegas feel Casino. The place is kept immaculate and the staff is super kind and friendly. There is always some kind of fun activity going on which keeps it exciting. The machines are on the tight side but not bad enough where you can’t get an evening’s play for a reasonable cost and every once in a while you hit a nice surprise. Only Casino we go to in our region.

Girls day out to the Blue Chip Casino was so much fun!It wasnt over crowded and lady luck smiled alittle on me!Everyone there is so nice!We will be back!

Blue Chip is our favorite Casino and resort. Loose slots are always a plus! However, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the casino features live music with plenty of bands playing music from country to rock and roll. People dance on the just right size dance floor, casual bar, there are plenty of seats, and just plain enjoyment. The bands are up close, and my husband and I have enjoyed an impromptu Elvis impersonator who performed, as well as a band that had a brass section that made us leave our gambling to check if it was the group "Chicago". A few nice shops, plenty of restaurant selections of dining, and it becomes a vacation for a day, or stay at their nice hotels. There's also the "Blue Spa", which is one of my favorites! Plenty to do!!!

I know that I an writing this review extremely late. However, better late then never.... My Mother and I went to the Spa to have a Mothers Day outing May 2014. The Massages were great, but both of our Mani / Pedi were HORRIBLE!!!!! First off the girls were extremely RUDE!!! My Mother was told to hurry up and pick out her color....WHO SAYS THAT???? After telling the young lady NOT to speak to my Mother that way she instantly got an attitude and would not stop talking. I asked for the Mgr who was just as rude as the two girls that were doing our HORRIBLE service. After getting our feet done. My Mothet did a Mani. Their NASTY behinds used the same dryer to dry our hands and feet. They took the dryer from my feet and put it on my Mothers hands. They took the dryer from another clients feet and put it on another clients hands. I spoke with the Mgr AGAIN whom seem to not understand my complaints or even care at all.I will NEVER EVER go there again!!!!!

This was a decent casino. They had a variety of tables and a very large selection of slot machines. The staff was very friendly and offered drinks regularly. Dealers were also very friendly and happy to teach you how to play. The valet parking was quick and easy.

Wonderful price and a lot to choose from. Drinks and everything is at the price all together. Always refilling tests when they get low. Staff is there to help with all needs

The casino it's self is just average. The smell of smoke is always there. They have gone to all most all penny machines. Most of the food places are very good, the buffet is just ok but pricey. The hotel it's self is very nice, the only thing if you want to swim you need to stay in the old section, if you are in the tower you will have to walk a long distance and through the casino area. The vallet parking was very slow when picking up our car. Overall it's a good place to visit at least once.

The buffet is usually good, but pricey. The smoke can be overwhelming, typical casino. The have a cool bar and a nice hotel at the location.
