We have enjoyed several occasions at Carrigans. From picking apples, buying asparagus to getting married there. It is a one of a kind place. As you drive by there is no way to have a clue of the amazing beauty of the rock quarry that is just down the path.

We do this every year to get out pumpkins. Kids enjoy the ride out and the pumpkin patch is large (though it can get a little pciked over latein the season)

We chose Carrigan Farms (the quarry) for our wedding and couldn't be happier with how the day went. Doug, Kelly and Johnny made sure our day was exactly as we wanted it. The scenery is naturally breathtaking, but they don't ride those coattails alone. The food was truly fantastic, with my husband's 70 year old Aunt declaring it the best she's ever had at a wedding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. Carrigan Farms is a must-see if you are in the area. You will be blown away by the quarry and food! Thank you Doug, Kelly and Johnny for making our wedding a dream come true.

Went apple picking with hubby, our little one and a couple of friends. We were all delighted with the experience! We all went home with a bag of freshly-picked and sweet apples! :)

Doug and Kelly (owners) mad the wedding planning process a great process like it should be. We were invited to the facility with wine selection, tons of layout Ideas, and pictures. The quarry is one of the most beautiful places in all of NC. On our wedding day everything was laid out to perfection, they worked very well with our odd requests, and made our guests feel like family. The Quarry- is a one of those things you can sit all day around and awe in the colors, and textures. inside the quarry is very well manicured with up to date facilities, all the electrical needs, and coolers for a great beer tap system. The Food - WOW we tried about 6 caterers and nothing came close to what they prepare there. I would try to tell you whats best but everything ive had was amazing. I had about 20 great comments on the pork alone.. I would strongly recommend this facility for any party or wedding.. since my wedding ive been to a few other events there and all of them were amazing.. Carrigan Farms is a true gem in the south!

Our daughter & her fiance were married at Carrigan Farms last Sat evening. All that needs to be said is WOW!!!!!!!!!! It was perfect from beginning to end. The natural beauty of the quarry, lighting, exceptional food, friendly & helpful staff etc was more than anyone could ask for. Many guests have commented to us about what an exquisite affair it was. "Not too casual, not too fancy, just perfect". If you're looking for a "dream come true" wedding we highly recommend Carrigan Farms.

The most magical wedding I have ever attended was at Carrigan Farms. I strongly recommend the additional uplighting option of the quarry if you are having your reception in the evening. When I think of Mooresville, NC, I think of Lowes and race cars. Now, I've been introduced to a best kept secret. It's called Carrigan Farms. My niece married her prince there two weeks ago. From the atmosphere, the professional staff to the cuisine, everything was AMAZING! As an event planner, I highly recommend this place.

We could not be happier with our experience at Carrigan Farms. Doug, Kelly, Johnny and all the staff were instrumental in helping us pull off the ceremony that we envisioned.We live out of state so email and phone communications were key in doing the planning. Their availability and response time were extremely prompt and also reassuring to us as a very detail-oriented couple with lots and lots of questions. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to visit the venue multiple times during the few weekends that we were able to come down to NC. The venue is amazing. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on it and our beautiful photographs tell the same tale. Most importantly, the venue provides the backdrop for whatever type of ceremony and reception that you have in mind. Doug and Kelly told us that if we had something in mind that they could make it happen (within reason) and they were true to their word. We could tell that they are pros at doing this by now and the resources and knowledge at their disposal put as at ease at all times. Thanks again, Doug & Kelly.

We have been taking the Senior Class's at South Iredell High School to Carrigan Farms Rock Quarry for many years now. They have a full day of swimming, volleyball, football, and yummy food. This is a reward for our Seniors for all of the hard work they have done for the past 13 years. The staff is very accommodating to all of our kids needs and wants! AWESOME PLACE to have any social event!

From my first conversation with Mr. Carrigan I knew my wife would get the wedding she always dreamt about. I noticed a few comments about communication being poor however, I can proudly say they always were there when my wife or I needed them. I would recommend wedding venue to anyone with pride knowing they'll be taken care of.

Don't talk to Doug, he doesn't know how to do anything other then tell you to email them.Just wanted to make clear i never actually visit the venue. I was told to email, after asking about bringing a deposit in on Thursday. They booked my requested date the Sunday after.
