benchwarmers sports complex

lots of batting cages and a basketball court. their individual basketball instructors are great. supposedly have a golf simulator

The prices are outlandish. The bathrooms are old, tiny, and dark. Not even a hook to hang my coat or purse. Noooo supervision. Never going back.

My boys played baseball for Benchwarmers. The place was nothing but a cluster. Everything that was told to us was a lie, they over charged and under taught. My kids were better off playing rec ball. It was always an excuse, when you spoke to the guy over baseball. He would tell us he would look into it and never did. Every parent you spoke to, they would say they were paying a different price. They pretty much rob people of their money. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Don't believe what they say because it is a lie. It all looks so good and sounds so good until you get involved.

I do not know where this person recieved their information from but Benchwarmers has a GREAT summer camp program. My children went for almost everyweek and we had a great experience. They have one teacher for every five children and keep the children under close watch at all time's. I would recomend this program to anyone who want's an exciting and fun summer camp.

I would like to share this story that happen to a very close friend. Her son was two weeks ago in a benchwarmers summer camp in mooresville nc, Her son is 11 years old and he was telling his mom that they were not doing many things not even practicing any sport. so one day they took the kids to a swimming pool and few kids were not under any adult supervision , my friends son was with couple more kids around the pool and they saw a little girl probably 5 years old girl jumped into the pool, no lifeguard around the pool , and then the kids noticing the girl was drowning , they were very scared but they didn't even move to find help. My friend's son said it was several minutes and the girls still was under the water he decided to jump in the water, by the way , he didn't know how to swing , so he was drowning with the girls too. So God is great he could pull the girl from her hair and he could grab the edge of the pool and got out of the pool, meanwhile no adults around, no lifeguards around, nobody, So when the "person" who was in charge on him asked him what happened,later they told him don't even tell your parents. Where in the world , what responsibility?, i am so scared about those poor kids that go to that summer camp.my friend is a latin girl and doesn't speak too much english, she didn't even want to complain, and not one said any apologizes to her or even a letter or something. I work with a lawyer , and i am really serious to report them , because they are not taking care very well the kids, they hire teenagers to do that work , which always are texting and not even paying attention to the little kids, i feel bad, because few times my son went to benchwarmers to take beisball lesson, but i didn't know they are not reallys serious taking care the kids on summer camp.
