old america antique mall

I believe that there are more shopping possibilities in Muskogee, but as far as the Old America Antique Mall is concerned- it's decent. I am not a big antique shopper, but I have been to both nicer and less nice antique malls comparatively. It is decent size, and there is a good selection. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and surprised that it was not busier than it was. Parking is adequate. I thought that the booths and the items inside the store actually did not leave much room to walk around, I was actually scared that I was going to knock something over. I would return if I really wanted to go shopping for antiques, I suppose.

A lot of misnamed "antiques", really just a lot of overpriced garage sale items. Hard to find a real mall with quality antiques today and this just isn't one of them. It does give a few senior citizens something to do in spending 20 minutes checking you out with a pad and pencil if you do find a chipped or broken something you can't live without. No computer checkout! Why waste your time if you really have anything else to do.
