Polaris is a great shopping experience. Lots of options, not over crowded. I truly enjoyed my day or should I say week of shopping. Only drawback was salespeople at the kiosks.

After similar experiences on my most recent trips to Polaris, I'm pretty much done shopping at this mall. Walking through the mall, you can't go 10 feet without a pushy salesperson from one of those kiosks selling overpriced skincare, hair straighteners, etc trying to physically grab you and drag you to their stall or storefront. Mall management seems to be bringing in more and more of those types of shops, and it's just not pleasant to shop there anymore. I can certainly say no to a hard sell, but I don't like being grabbed at every time I walk through the mall. If you're looking for good shopping in Columbus, try Easton or Tuttle Mall instead, they don't seem to have those types of stores.

My husband and I spent 7 hours in the mall alone, let alone all the other stores that are around. We got some great deals and all the store employees were friendly and helpful. We have visited here before and I am sure we will be back again.

Polaris is an area with a mall and tons of plaza shopping. Every store you could want, and just about every restaurant as well. This is a great place for multi tasking but save the whole day for this area as you will get so side tracked that you will be there longer than originally anticipated. The roads can be full of traffic at times, so bring your patience. Great location close to highway.

Polaris is a mega mall - has everything - one store stands out above them all for over the top Customer Service - Von Maur. It was a joy to shop here - sales staff that were genuine and attentive - live piano playing - free wrapping. I will definitely return to this store.

The first time I saw Polaris was at Christmas time. It was thrilling then and it still is. I miss going there during the holidays but was happy to re-visit again. Beautiful.

Whatever you are looking for can probably be found. Dining and shopping in every budget profile. And if you literally shop till you drop, there are hotels in the area as well

They had tons of things for everyone! We went to Hobby Lobby, Cabelas and ate...it has something for everyone!

Was in town at the quest conference center and very much enjoyed the mall and other shopping in the area. Pretty much anything you want is in the area and the traffic reflects this!

This place isn't bad at all, but like most malls, it is mostly geared towards women. Actually, it is a mix of outdoor and indoor mall space. Sprawling! The food court was average.

This mall has something for everyone. Clean, open feeling. If you can't find what you are looking for there are more stores in the area around the mall. A favorite for our family. We drive over an hour to shop here.

You can find anything you desire at this mall. The area has over 200 stores. I had a great time shopping at this mall. the traffic around the mall was a bit much, as I do not live in a city.

Everything from clothing to outdoors to hobbies and if you want there are places to just relax and watch the interesting people that come to the mall. Wife and I were there and every one of the stores had great sales.

Visited the mall for the first time recently and was really impressed. So many options to choose from. Could easily spend the entire day here.

This is a nice outdoor shopping center, I recommend you check it out if your in Polaris. It is clean and well kept as well
