Centrally located and friendly staff. There is tons of info about the surrounding area, including some discount tickets.

Went in as soon as the visitor's bureau opened. The gentleman that helped us was friendly, helpful and didn't rush us. He spent time going over schedules and prices for the ferry vs JetExpress to figure out which best fit our needs. He had several suggestions for restaurants and sights. Nailed customer service!

The employees were helpful. We got plenty of info on the area. We also bought discount tickets to area attractions.

After a not so good experience in PIB, I stopped in hoping to find some information about something to do that would make this vacation better. I appreciated the honesty of the person working. I explained my situation she told me about the things that could be fun to do. She went out of her way, (even calling one resort to get some pricing.) The facility was amazing, clean, fun, interactive things to do, unfortunately I was just done with the "vacation." I highly recommend, especially lots of coupons etc. for things people do anyway.

We were in the area and I remembered I wanted to find another map of Ohio ( I had forgotten mine at home). This location also contains a geocache - the second reason for stopping. Plenty of parking. Very clean restrooms! Lots of fun & interactive things for children to do & see while the adults are looking at brochures & travel information. Very helpful & friendly staff. The building is tastefully decorated & designed allowing the sun to come in rather than artifical lighting.

We visited to pick up some brochures and they had all sorts of them. They were able to give us information that was valuable to our trip to Put In Bay as well as, some of the restaurants in town.

This is a must do for kids! They have plenty of info, are super nice, and helpful. But there is a play house ship inside stocked with play food, plenty of discoveries inside, a fairy door hidden with a note that the fairy is away, and to collect a treat she left for you at the desk... and a look and find for the inside too. A great rainy day place for sure.

They are so pleasant and so helpful and you can find information about everything in the area. It is very clean. We stop there every time we go up to this area.

If you're in the area, be sure to stop by the Visitors Bureau - a great bunch of people there & everyone was more than happy to help with any questions and good suggestions!

Everyone should stop there while in Port Clinton area. Maps, brochures, displays are excellent. Get any questions answered about the area.
