I have read some bad reviews and thought well I have to see for myself and yeah, they were right. But, there's a lot I read that I csnt imagine. I think some of the people that most about trump have to be the prissiest of them all and nothing can satisfy these people. We were hear and had a couple massage. First time together. I had to switch the original appointment and everyone helped in every way and returned my phone calls and emails immediately. Both of our therapists were awesome and so nice. We had a great conversation with then after and even gave them extra. I had an issue during the massage and they made sure I was comfortable. We had our champagne and chocolate after. I read that the showers were moldy so I can not comment on that because neither one of us used them or the sauna. But from what I saw everything seemed clean and fresh and I loved how it smelled. Even every time we went to the pool the hall smelled so good. Everyone we encountered there so nice and friendly. Definately can't wait to go back.

I was disappointed to find mold in the showers and not to mention my massage was terrible. It seems to me they let trainees preform on guest that pay a good amount of money to relax. I did not leave relaxed and rejuvenated. I probably aged 5 years.

Awful. Awful. Awful.Instead of going to our normal selections, my friends and I decided to try the Aquanox Spa. One would think the Trump brand would be internationally luxurious, we could not have been more wrong. Not only was the customer service awful but the amenities were incredibly outdated.The receptionist/manager charged us for our service the minute we walked into the spa AND added 20% gratuity without option...I expressed my disappointment of the amenities and she answered back with attitude and dismissed me. The spa looked like a high school gym locker room. My friends and I wanted to spend the day at the spa using the sauna and showers, relax, have a beautiful lunch...We tried speaking to another representative, Jose, he was also extremely rude. Needless to say, we left and went to the Viceroy... Maybe you should too...

I recently took advantage of Miami Spa Month which allows you for a span of 2 months to take advantage of amazing spa amenities at some of Miami's outstanding spa facilities. My recent visit took me to Aquanox at the Trump International in Sunny Isles, FL. What an amazing facility. Not only did the price get me a 90 minute massage, but my masseuse was wonderful. Very in tune with my needs. The spa itself is very clean. There was construction that I could hear from my treatment room, but I was so relaxed that it really didn't bother me. With the pass, you are able to use their steam room and sauna and you are given a beach pass which gives you chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Unfortunately the hotel was close to 100% capacity, so you can imagine how many people were taking advantage of the beach on this beautiful summer day in July. We were not able to reserve chairs before our services so we had to go after and hope to find a chair available. The only thing I wish they would allow us to use is their pool, but they reserve that for hotel guests only. All in all, both my husband and I enjoyed our services and the facilities.

I like this Spa. I have enjoyed all my services. It's my favorite place in Sunny Isles Beach. Wonderful experience!!!

Our teenage kids are traning to be elite soccerplayers and need to do their daily routine in fitness rooms, even when we are on holidays. They can handle every workout station, and I am always with them. When we choose this hotel, we made sure it had a good fitness room. The first day of our stay, when the whole family was getting ready to workout, the Spa manager told us very abruptly that the fitness room is for adult only. We didn't see this rule anywhere when we booked!

An OK spa experience, not as good as many others I have been to. Seemed a little institutional like. Construction noises during my massage made it hard to relax.

Female staff, courteous, good ambiance, relaxing.... no complaints! I would most likely recommend to anyone wanting a massage.

I don't think I'm a spa snob by any stretch but I have been to luxury spas and this wasn't up to the standards of a luxury spa. The massage therapists were excellent. My husband and I received couples massages while we were there on our honeymoon. I was disappointed however with the condition of the bathroom/shower area, it looked as if I was at the local YMCA or the school gym, not acceptable as a luxury spa. The sauna/steam room was very old and out dated. The waiting area were you wait for the massage therapists to pick you up and where they drop you off was decorated nicely. My husband had never been to a spa before so he didn't really know what he was missing, but he did mention that the men's steam room was very old looking. The hotel itself is nice, with great views and a great location far away from the hussle and bussle of South Beach, which we liked. I would have just liked to felt like I was in a luxurious spa since that's what you are paying for, to feel pampered.

Gym equipment was old but working ok. Room looked very run down. Some tv screens built into the exercise equipment didn't work. The overhead tv's were from the 1970's. This room definately needs an upgrade!!!

Everything about this spa was top notch.Enjoyed all my services, plus I adore this property.It's my favorite place in Sunny Isles!Can't go wrong. Outstanding.

Received 2 massage treatments, they were not out of the ordinary, however the Spa itself is extremely well kept and the steam/ sauna rooms and lounge are immaculate.

The therapist really is knowledgeable in performing the healing treatment of relaxing tried and sore muscles. Me and my daughter had a custom make spa treatment and it was perfect. the only problem was we could not take them home with us.
