I bought a gift certificate for my Dad last year for Christmas from Captain Steve. My father made a few attempts to contact Steve to schedule trip but didn't get a response. I had to email Captain Steve to find out about returning my fathers emails. Captain Steve then said July and August were too busy and to try in September. We finally booked a trip for September and it was cancelled due to weather. This would have been no problem IF Steve had contacted my father to cancel. So a far drive for no trip!! He sent me an email and even though he had my fathers phone number he never bothers to pick up a phone And call a customer to cancel. We scheduled a redo try in October. Again cancelled for weather and he didn't bother to call or email my father to cancel. I emailed to request a refund and now he will not respond to me either. I have called many times one the phone and emailed with no success it has been over a month and no response!!!! And he owes me a refund or a trip

Captain Steve was great!! Purchased a groupon for 2 for a four hour snorkel trip. Was able to add to the groupon & get the boat for a "private charter". Wonderful if you have friends/family in town. You help with the sails, steer the boat, then have a snorkel adventure. Captain Steve's patience and love of the water shows in all he does. If you do nothing but stay on the boat, your day will still be great.

Sailed down Palm Beach coast down to the Breakers, dropping anchor to snorkel the reef right there. Capt Steve did a great job talking about the area and letting the guest take the helm, teaching everyone what the sailboat does and how it works. The snorkeling gear was a tad out dated but worked, snacks were average but the experience was fantastic! Got to see alot of fish and dolphins jumping from a distance. The rates were very good and the sailboat was in good condition

We had a wonderful time with Capt. Steve. The jellyfish ruined the snorkeling adventure, but the sailboat herself was lovely and even though the weather was a little gray and rainy, we still had a wonderful time. The captain let anyone who wanted to take the wheel or just relax, and he is very knowledgeable about the area and the waters.
