This place has a lovely classroom space that is clean and modern. The class I went to was for Ladies Night Out and was a fun, social time with some good food and a few new recipe ideas and techniques learned. It is BYOB. The class was run by a chef and assistant. We had a pretty large class and I felt the chef needed another helper, plus someone should have been manning the video cam in order to get better benefit from the system they have that allows what the chef is doing to be projected onto the large TV screens overhead.My daughter and I went. We did have fun, but it was hard to see or hear what was really going on maybe 25-30% of the time, despite our having a very nice chaf and helper. The ladies in attendance really knew little about cooking techniques and that made it a challenge for the one chef to do everything - cook, teach, demo, answer questions, plate, serve, try to stay under the video cam . Phew!And of course, at the break we could shop the store for 10 min and each of us got a 10% off coupon for purchases within the 24hrs. Made some new friends for the evening and left with printed recipes and ideas. Recommended. Accessible.I have some good photos if they end up getting posted.
