Last summer went here and had cheap drinks and a good bar atmosphere. Went there eight/nine times since and was only open three of them, even when the marquis said it was suppose to be open. Very inconsistent. Asked a worker once why closed so much and he insisted that they never were closed even though I experienced it myself.
