Staff worked with our son-in-law to organize a fun and challenging "wedding golf invitational" for out of town guests and groomsmen.

Maybe a little overpriced, especially on the coctails but thefood was well prepared and nicely served

Feel sorry for the people who bought memberships under these RDM con artists. They've closed San Ignacio(like IRI did), they haven't fulfilled one made promise(like IRI), they make excuses and blame past ownership(like IRI)... Looks like RDM are the new IRI. They are quickly ruining golf in Green Valley.

This hotel is a bit upscale but it's not bad. This resort has a pool, a small pool but a pool, a hot tub and I firpit area where you can BBQ or visit til 10pm because that is when the pool and fire-pi closes.the water in the pond is amazing looking. The breakfast is to die for and it's free. They have a restaurant too and you have to pay for your lunch and dinner. The suite is amazing, has built in kitchen, washer dryer, stove, refrigerator, and even a toaster and blender lol. Don't pass this one up. I've only met one staff and he was friendly as can be.

This is Green Valley's best restaurant for out of town guests. Classy interior decor plus outside seating with views of the mountains and golf course combined with a great menu with salads, pasta, fish, and steak equal an enjoyable experience.

Our home faces the 9th green. We have seen this course in terrible condition in the past but the new leasing company is doing an amazing job of restoring the course to it's glory days. New sand in all the bunkers and corrections made to the bunker edges, as well as removing rocks and debris. The greens are looking better each day. Aeration of areas that had dried up and then adding LOTS of water have brought grass back to the perimeters of the fairways. Major changes on hole #11, with promises to also improve #12 have us very excited. The summer rates are very reasonable and you can even add lunch as part of the golf pkg. Hope you will come and play Canoa Ranch. Green Valley is a beautiful area, a hidden gem, in the deep south of AZ.

Met with church dining out group. Excellent service, excellent atmosphere and excellent food. A fun evening.

It was a very relaxing place to have lunch and a drink after golf. The menu is very good, and the food of equal measure. Price is reasonable for what they provide. My only negative statement is about their coffee. Too weak. Otherwise, recommend the restaurant.

Tee times were limited, very slow play and allowed to have a group of 6 play which slowed everyone else down. I even called the clubhouse, they sent someone out to talk to the group and he still allowed them to all play together.

I am not a biggest golfer but I planned on bring down a few friends for my next visit. I was in the club house wanting to get a map so I can tell our guest about this as part of a planned visit next February. I was 3rd in line at an empty counter. The men in front of me appeared to want to purchase tees off the counter but no one came to offer help or check on us. After the two parties in front of me tossed their tees back in the ‘fishbowl’ and walked out, I set out to search for someone that worked there. I found someone sitting at a desk in a business office and asked for help in getting a course map. She said, they did not have any ???? I was shocked at her answer and she proceeded to walk me back to the club house and showed me a clay model hanging on the wall and said, get this..."this is about the best I can do". I asked if the site had a map I could print... ...after a pause, she said she did not know. I thought this odd from someone that looked like she actually worked there, she walked around like she worked there, she even sat at a desk in the office but nothing else about her would have convinced me she was employed. Needless to say, out of all of my experiences in Arizona, this was the worst taste in my mouth for seeing someone that cared little for a potential customer. We are looking for a course where the employees are actually there for the golfer and not hating their jobs.I didn't bother with her name as she certainly didn't bother showing up for work that day. This was Sunday, July 21st at approx. 10:00 AM. No ONE golfs on a Sunday morning, huh?No need to have staffing then, right? If you plan on running your business this way, at least put in a bell for service.

Visit this restaurant regularly. Generally enjoy the food and the view. Occasionally the chef missteps but quickly corrected. Don't order the rack of lamb, tiniest lamb chops I've seen anywhere.

It is hard to beat their specials. Golf course is very scenic and was in reasonable shape. We enjoy The Grill on the Green for their Happy Hour.

Canoa Ranch is a decent layout; however, the course continues to go downhill. Green Valley used to be a wonderful golf destination vacation area. Not any more. The people that own this course now own three others in GV. In the last month, they've closed two and let them go to seed. This course isn't being watered properly and the greens are in terrible shape. An experienced golf course management company needs to come in and take over this property and the other three courses. So much potential but current owners are destroying wonderful properties. If you're planning to visit the area, head up the road to Tucson or Phoenix and play well maintained, fun courses. Don't bother with the Green Valley courses any more.

This is one of the best, unique courses. It is true desert golf with open desert areas in the fairways. Not the best course if you slice or hook . . . but oh so much fun! breath taking views. the resturant is excellent also.

Don't waste your money on this course. It is in terrible condition. Owner does not water much and the rumor is that he is behind in paying the water bill.
