I'll start this review by positioning Dom Kofe relative to other downtown Luhansk coffee shops. Mélange Café offers a fun, modern atmosphere. The coffee shop on the ground floor of the shopping centre on Sovietskaya has good Viennese coffee and tasty pastries and cakes. The coffee shop on the top floor of the shopping centre (Cyber World) is basic but has lots of space to sit and use the free wi-fi.Dom Kofe offers high-quality European coffee in an attractive, quiet setting. They have tables on both the ground floor and in the basement. The basement would be a great place for a quiet conversation.It should be noted that Dom Kofe did not offer take-out coffee when I visited. I don't know where to suggest for take-out coffee.
