best dorado fishing

Gianni was great, salvaged my trip. I had hoped to fish La Zona only to find out the permit was not available at the time I was there. I went out with him 2 days and he worked hard to get us onto fish. Even with bad conditions I caught Dorado, I have fished many destinations in the world and will go back and fish with him again. Can speak English, a great plus as my Spanish is muey poquito,

Firstly, Salto is a wonderful city. I have never seen a place where everyone seems to be so friendly, sociable and courteous toward each other. Gianni is typical of these people.I recently had the pleasure of fishing with him for 2 days. He is well organised, flexible and extremely helpful. He picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel each day and even took me to the bus terminal to help me purchase my return fare to Montevideo.The fishing was interesting. I caught several species inclucing dorado and whilst they weren't big they were great fun.The fishing package included a barbeque lunch and siesta at Gianni's 'lodge' in the vicinity of the fishing area. It was a welcome break from fishing during the hotter part of the day and an opportunity to experience Uruguayan food and culture.At this time Gianni is endeavouring to gain access to the famed 'La Zona' section of water where big dorado are virtually guaranteed. If he achieves this the fishing will become mind blowing. In the meantime though it is still great value and a memorable experience.Geoff W - Australia

Gianni picked us up at our hotel and took us to his boat. He speaks good English and was very interesting and insightful regarding dorado fishing. My husband wanted to fly fish and Gianni set him up with equipment, I used spinning reel. Gianni guided us through techniques and took us to desirable locations, but catching was not to be this day. We called it quits after about four hours. Gianni quoted us a very fair price for his time and wanted us to try again another day so we could catch a dorado, but we were leaving Salto the next day or we would have gone out again. Was a great day and Gianni was the best part of it!

Best Dorado gets you on the fish!Bets Dorado Fishing, with Gianni and team, is an amazing adventure. I went Fishing with Gianni and team for 4 days and can't express how amazingly good of a time I had. Gianni personally picked us up at the hotel each day and took us out to the boat. He made absolutely certain we were taken care of, from showing us around town, advising us on other activities to get involved in and even giving us rides to other attractions not associated with best dorado fishing. But lets be honest here, they're most amazing for the fishing, and they know what they are doing. If you are at all interested in fishing for dorado, or any other regional fish I highly recommend Best Dorado Fishing. A very friendly personable team of fisherman that will make sure you have a great time.
