Two very successful reef charters and an amazing dolphin experience...to see the mums and babies racing the boat was incredible...not to be missed!

Took the 2 hour dolphin trip and enjoyed the cruise although no dolphins. Plenty of birds and a few seals. Customer focussed crew with an easy manner made the trip very pleasant for a cross section of tourists from young children through to seniors.Followed up with four hours of reef fishing the next day. Very lucky to have chosen the right day as the fish had been off the bite. Smooth seas made for an easy ride for the 16 on board. Once again the easy manner of the crew and their helpful, informative approach was a bonus. Very impressive that the "demo" produced a good sized Sweep with the first cast!!! Good fishing saw solid numbers caught (averaging around five good sized fish caught per person) across a range of species, and only one or two missing out. All fish scaled/cleaned etc by the crew during the trip and bagged on return. Tea, coffee and cake on board and we had the bonus of the red kelpie on board. Good value - and obviously enhanced by the fact that we had a good catch.Seniors discount is much appreciated and the free dolphin trip with purchase of the reef fishing trip was a bonus.

We went for a 4hr reef fishing trip. Left on time at 6am. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Stephen. Were told that we should be able to catch something, as it had been good for the past week or so, and we did! The 3 of us caught about 10-12 fish (not all keepers). Fish were cleaned and scaled (some even filleted) by the time we got back to shore. Had a great time and would recommend it to even non-fishers (like me!).

We did the morning 4 hour fishing trip and it was brilliant fun. Boat heads out to sea and stops at different locations. We had large swells at about 2.5 meter which made for some dodgy bellies but we couldn't not enjoy the fishing. Simple rigs over the side and pulling up the fish, it was excellent to get to keep them and we had a feast of fish for dinner. Highly recommend to all. Enjoy

This is our 4th fishing trip, the others being in Hervey Bay and Fiji, and this is the only one I have caught fish !! Thank-you so much for a wonderful day !!

Went Dolphin/SEAL WATCHING. Good trip out but with any sea search still looking for sea life. Jelly fish don't count . But good crew and boat trip

Booked for a Sat Afternoon trip, but weather got to rough.They were more than happy to let us go on the longer morning trip on Sunday.Seen a few whales, was a very good trip.Crew seemed very knowledgable on the whales.Spent a lot of time following the same couple of whales though.Probably luck of the draw, but when we did the Eden whale watching trip on the Cat Balou we seen a hell of a lot more.

The were fantastic, we booked with the ladies at the merimbula tourist information centre witch were pleasant and friendly and that was the start of a great experience for Martha and I. We saw 3 whales and the crew did their hardest to keep us informed where the whales would surface. Great morning can not wait for next year, you will see us again.

Jessica and Simon were absolutely lovely from booking the cruise over the phone right through till after the experience through Facebook comments and sharing their wonderful photos of the whales. Very informative during the cruise about the region and the beautiful creatures we were able to observe.Would go again in a heart beat!THANK YOU!

Fantastic! Was an amazing day. The crew were terrific, and they even extended our time out on the water so we could watch a mother and calf for longer. Highly recommend it. :-)

This is hubby's and my third trip on Merimbula Marina and once again we had a fantastic time..We saw lots of breaching from a baby today so exciting .The crew on this boat are just awesome can't thank Simon and Glen enough for their friendly caring and informative attention towards all passengers..They never stop trying to find whales for passengers and on all our trips we have seen whales but if we didn't that would be fine as a cruise around Merimbula is stunning with such friendly staff you would still have a great time..We would recommend this company to anyone who wants to whale watch...Thanks heaps to all at Merimbula Marina can't wait till our next trip.

Our whale watching trip was quite simply the BEST. We were lucky enough to sight a "Competition Pod" of 7 whales! Can you believe it!!. So much excitement, so many whales to see, and the captain of the boat was so very knowledgeable about what was going on under the water, that we could visualise all the activity there, as well as see what was happening on the surface. It was certainly the experience of a lifetime. Well done to all the family staff of the Merimbula Marina trip. You made the visit even more enjoyable with your friendly advice and care. Loved every minute.

Boat was awesome and the staff were extremely friendly, informative & accommodating! We had our 1 year old daughter on board and they were constantly checking to make sure everything was ok... Saw lots of whales and all in all it was a lovely day! Thanks heaps we highly recommend others take this cruise

My husband, our kids (6 & 4) went on an afternoon cruise on 29/9 unfortuatley the water was very choppy. We all took sea sickness prevention, however my so. (6) felt sick not far out and slept the whole trip. My daughter (4) slept the way out, was then sick and rested the remainder of the trip. There where many people sick on the trip. We saw one whale swimming past, no other animals. It was disappointing as the days Geiger whete beautiful with lots of sightings - but it's the luck of the draw when you book.
