We were leaving the town , after an enjoyable weekend at the Inn , when we saw the park. What whimsy and history ! We wandered through and enjoyed every aspect - from the waterfalls ( great photo op) to all the little pockets of sculpture gardens.

If you nothing else to go in Gananoque and you want to go for a walk and do not expect a lot from this park other than only walking. Then sculpture park is best.Kids won't like it.

The park is pretty and the sculptures are nice. There's even picnic tables. Unfortunately, there was so much dog poop all over the grass and the pathways, that it made the visit rather unpleasant.

An unexpected and pleasant jewel during a visit to the town. We visited on a Thursday and there was a farmers' market nearby, and also live music in the bandstand in the evening.

This park is in the center of Gananoque. It is along the Gananoque River. It is not large, but a nice little walk with interesting sculptures.

Sculpture Park (previously known as Centennial Park) is located in the heart of Gananoque. Tree lined on one side, with open space on the other, park benches provide guests varying options on how to spend their time.Indigent swans, ducks and geese frequent the pond, which is part of the Gananoque River.A nice, quiet place to while away the hours reading a book, or people / nature watching.

If you love art, you'll like this short scenic route along the water front. There were swans, ducks, and groundhogs as well to view. Very calming and relaxing.

I ran through the park one day, took a little time ot look at the sculptures. The lake in front of the park was low on water and full of weeds, too bad it is not a nice full clear lake.

We spent the night in Gannanoque travelling between Toronto and Montreal. The park has some pretty abstract and bizarre sculptures, as you'd expect and there are plaques explaining the artistic thinking behind them. The river backdrop is attractive - and the garden is at the bottom of the town's interesting high street.I also liked the information board on the early tourist centre listing the biggest fish to be caught in the river every year. However it takes five minutes to walk through the park - so it's not really worth a detour.

There's really not much to this. Winding walk along both sides of the river with a few metal sculptures. The herons are impressive, the rest take a while to figure out.

I quite enjoyed this park. In the summer the fountain is lit up at night, there are swans, nice for a quick stroll through or picnic. Lots of cool sculptures from local Canadian artists.

View, fountain, not so hot on some of the sculptures. Off the path terraine a little rough for a person with mobility challenges.

We visited it before our cruise to Thousand Islands. It is not a must. It is a well maintained park with a few sculptures and an old locomotive at the entrance

Enjoyed the walk through the park, but the pond scum is a bit off puting and the sculptures are wearing (missing plaques, etc).
