only you spa

In my opinion, Only You Spa is a nice spa but needs some improvements. I went there one time for my birthday because I really wanted to have a relaxing day. I have some criticism regarding what a spa should be like because I’ve visited a few others in the past. The lobby area is pretty and looks very professional and the employee was very friendly letting me in, however, I didn’t like some things. First, they had a radio station with noisy music, when a spa should be calm and serene. Also, some employees were not wearing a uniform and talking very loud which looked very unprofessional. I didn’t like the noisy ambience. Also, seems they were remodeling the place and it was messy, they needed to have better organization. Regarding the esthetics services, I had a facial and it was great, the beauty specialist was very friendly and professional. I also received a manicure and pedicure. The place was very clean and the room where they do the facial treatments was perfect. The problem was in the hair salon. Hairdressers seemed inexperienced and were a little rude. My recommendation is that this place needs some improvements in decoration, to make it look more like a real spa, all employees need to wear a uniform to make it look more serious and professional and they need to have some good manners treating new clients. After all, I really liked the services I received and the prices were reasonable. The location is nice but some people may not find the spa that easily because it is not located in the town area.
