This is a beautiful historical plaza and has some food kiosks and a Merri-go-round for the kids.The people were friendly and the Police Oficers were quite helpful.It costs to park on the streets around the Plaza. if you park on the street next to the Plaza note the parking space number painted on the street, go to the parking kiosk in the middle of the block and pay for parking. Be sure to put your ticket on the dashboard of your car. Parking tickets are about $25. All the parking meters and parking kiosk take coins and credit/debit cards only. Instructions are in Spanish but you can figure it out. The first entry you will make in the kiosk is the parking space number from there in you're on your own.

We don't go out much. But this time, we passed by, saw it looked calm and decided to walk around. Really peaceful, the people there were very respectful and it had very good illumination, so you could clearly see everything.

Excellent for children plenty of space for children, conversation, music and child movies. Some kiosks and stores around the plaza were closed on sunday evening.

Recommend you try Cafe Palmer in the plaza while observing people doing their thing. Many businesses close which is a downside.

Most beautiful traditional Spanish Plaza, I enjoyed the carrusel for kids, local food. Just come to hang out.

Nice plaza, drove around but didn't stop but had lots of a Christmas decorations, small shops, coffee shop and historical buildings on the same place. There were lots of people talking, seating or just walking through. Gave the sense of a strong community. Prepare for slow traffic ( but it's normal since it's the center of the city).

this plaza is well kept, it has a carousel. it also has Kiosk were you can buy traditional Puerto Rican food. and drinks like my favorite "Mavi" a native drink out of a Puerto Rican tree.In reality I enjoyed every minute I was at plaza palmer

Great place to spend a Friday afternoon. Local food like bacalaítos, alcapurrias and piña colada. Other food like home made hamburgers, coffe and pizza. Family environment.

The Plaza Palmer is a great place to hang out with children. Lot to eat right at the plaza. Especially Xtreme Burger. The burgers are super delicious and very affordable. A family of 4 eats with $20.00. The kids can run and even go with the bicycles, scooters or any other toy, Its a very safe place to go.

Get a coffee at Cafe Palmer. Great Latte! Get some tips on travel.Scenic architecture and local folks!The botanical gardens on other side if Hwy 52 is a good respite from the beach and hot sun.

This is one of the biggest plaza of the towns in PR, its have birds, fountains, and it follows the steps as the others, it haves in the surrounding areas the Cathedral, and it haves 11 museums. Each last friday of the months the town administration make like a street parties, called "el fresco" and its from the new town hall to plaza palmer

Visited the Plaza last Sunday and the kids had a blast, running, food, and just sitting there on a great sunny day. Lots of security in the area.

Un buen lugar para estar un domingo de asueto. Puedes degustar el cafe recien colao bajo la sombra de una palmera.

Esta es la plaza mas hermosa de mi Bella Tierra, tiene buena seguridad de la policia municipal, el area esta bien limpia, visite el Cafe Palmer y los varistas me prepararon un exelente cafe, de verdad recomiendo esta plaza y al Cafe Palmer, si visitan a Caguas no dejen de ver las bellas obras de artes en todoas las entradas del la Ciudad

Soy original de Caguas, asi que conozco este lugar desde muy temprana edad. Es un lugar amplio, con un banco que rodea la plaza y da cabida a cientos de personas, si fuera necesario. Tiene algunos quioscos, pero sobretodo el de cafe. Un excelente barista y cafe. Hoy dia un lugar recuperado y seguro donde las familias llevan a sus hijos/as a disfrutar. Tiene Wi-fi publico. A su alrededor esta la Alcaldia y la Catedral de Caguas, entre otras edificaciones.
