这篇不是评论寺庙的,而是评论我们报名的那家旅行社。我们在出发前一天支付了押金,但是正当我们出发上车时却被告知这是辆私家车(就意味着没有执照),让我们和警察说我们是车主的朋友。车上的安全带还不能用,他们却又说“没关系”,最后我们还是坚持要安全带。这次旅行很短,根本没有清单上列出的所有旅游景点。我们向旅行社抱怨投诉,终于在第二天换了辆SUV继续稍长一点的旅程。但是这辆SUV还是没有安全带,30分钟后我们决定放弃这次旅行。然而,车主Ashit追着我们,为我们换辆车再继续这次行程。我们重新和他商定了价格才又继续这次旅程。然而这再一次让我们失望了。我们取消了预定的从西姆拉到德里车,改向另一家公司预定。驴友们可一定要注意,谨慎这家公司!

这个地方高高的耸立在城市的中央。那里添加了一个哈努曼神的雕像…..往山上走会一直有猴子跟着你。他们可以从你的口袋里掏出能吃的东西但是又不伤害你。用手喂Symbolic Hanumanji很不错。它们过来从你的手里捡吃的,感觉就像是小婴儿一样。

一切都不错,这里的猴子确实很危险,不过只要你按照工作人员的指示,就没有事情的,这里还有2个餐馆,食物正宗。我选了便宜的那家,食物好吃,环境一般。

大型的藏红花努尔哈雕塑是个奇迹,试问它是怎样被运到这么高的山峰的......而且至今保存的如此完整。你可以开车到山前.......位置非常好而且空气清新,非常值得爬。为了保持环境整洁,山上没有餐厅......有很多波区及游乐区供孩子们玩耍,同样幼年猩猩也非常喜欢。入口免费。当心猩猩,他们非常善于抢夺你手里拿的东西-护眼罩,食物,包.....你一说它们就会夺走。记住把你的手指一直打开,把prasad装在口袋里,你要抓牢。我觉得这些猴子可以加入美国联邦调查局了-他们的口头禅是“给我看看你的手,放在我能看到的地方”.......但是他们又是沉着泠静的。

its a nice place to visit in shimla but be aware of monkey menace.though it has a great view and an ancient hamuman temple but there are hundreds of monkeys attacking and grabbing things from visitors. do take a stick along with you to avoid monkey attacks

It is said to be the highest point of Shimla and gives a spectacular view of the city. The temple is beautiful and statue of Lord Hanuman is a great piece of art. However, beware of monkeys overthere. A monkey took my spectacles as soon as i disembarked from the car :-) but got back when we came down post darshan. But again beware else it would spoil the fun.

this is the best place to visit in shimla,situated on top of a mountain and 108ft high lord hanuman idol overlooking the entire city makess it a complete destination.many monkeys all around. the best view of hills can have from here.very nice and well maintained surroundings.

If you want to find out that you are fit or not just go there. One more thing go with a stick to protect your bags/glasses from monkeys.

The sheer size of the monkey god statue is stunning and the views over Shimla are beautiful. If you go here, hire a stick at the bottom because the monkeys are rascals! We saw two people have their sunglasses stolen by monkeys who have learnt this is a good method of extorting food from people desperate to get their Raybans back :-)

if you are in shimla, you must visit this ancient temple in memory of hanumanji.. when he visited the jakhu mountain. the temple is at height and road towards the temple is very dangerous. you need to have a local taxi or an expert driver.the story behind the construction of this temple is very interesting and the view is mind blowing.it was very very cold when we went there, and we literally were passing through the clouds.

It is a well known temple in Shimla and as it is on peak height,It is good holy place of hanuman ji where you will feel calm and peace,Make sure you you hire a local cab as the roads are extremely dangerous. But the visit is a must do.If you have not visited this temple in your shimla visit, you have not visit anything....You will really Feel Blessed After Visiting There....

Beware of the gang of monkeys who can rob your purse, camera, anything hanging in your hand, even spectacles.I had my expensive spectacles snatched from my face.Had to throw food at the monkey for him to drop it. It is advisable to hire a stick from starting point of the trek to ward off those robber monkeys. They are fearless even to attack you and take things away from your pockets. I could enjoy more if I minus monkeys from the beautiful calm place. We couldn't even take photographs because of their fear.Its a historic temple with folk lore saying that Hanumaji stopped to rest here on the way back after carrying mountain with Sanjeevani for Laxman.Amust visit

You have to start a very difficult trek from down hill to reach the highest peak of Shimla. Yes, the temple is located on the highest peak of the city. Though it seem a daunting task at first but the winding narrow road will keep you engaged until you reach destination. Ausum experience.. Beware of monkeys out here.. The best about the place is big idol/statue of Lord Hanuman which i found out to be magnificent, It can be seen from any part of shimla
