Captain Malcom was waiting for us right outside the cruise ship. Literally his boat was a 20 yard walk. We were fishing almost instantly. Had a fun day catching salmon. We had a blast! Malcolm greeted us at the bottom of the walkway from our cruise ship in Ketchikan. He'd parked his boat nearby, & took us right to the salmon. We were excited with our hands-on experience. Caught a ton a pink & a Koho. Our netting skills lost a few too, but those are now great fish stories.

Had a great experience fishing with Malcolm. He does it all and works hard to make it a good day. We lucked out with great weather but would have had a terrific day anyway. He put us on fish and we had no one around us. We limited out on nice coho and will be back next year for the chinook season. Thanks, Malcolm!!

Just got back from the best experience I have ever had on the ocean. Captain Malcom Doiron took me out for a day of fishing and sight seeing and within a 2 hour period we had already caught a 100lb halibut/2 rock fish/and all the salmon I could ever want - He knows exactly where to go and where the fish are...Thats for sure. We had plenty of time to sight see around Douglas Island and to explore the area which was a huge bonus for me.He even had breakfast and lunch ready for the trip - In this day and age - can you believe it. I cant say enough good things about the whole experience actually.Dont bother looking for anyone else in Ketchikan to take you out on a charter - Captian Malcom Doiron has been there all his life and knows the area better then anyone from the experience I had on my charter. Highly recommended and couldnt be a better experience in my opinion.Cant wait until next year...
