There is not enough staff there to watch the children. A special needs child tried to truly hurt my son. I asked that they remove the child from the facility to ensure the safety of my kids and other kids and they wouldn't do it. They said they didn't want to discriminate, which I understand, but you cannot allow a child to physically hurt other kids. The incident was so bad that another parent who I didn't know, came to tell me and the management about the incident!

Wow..this is huge playground for both children and adult. We have been to various different birthday party places but this will be one of my top list.Whole family can have lots of fun.There are different levels of slides so everyone can enjoy thrill of speed and excitement.Make sure get there early since place will get packed with running around kids and their parents.Try weekdays may be. We went there on Saturday.

When my son told me he was having his son's birthday party here, I went to check it out. I could not enter until a staff member was made available to escort me around. She answered all questions and was very professional. My grandson's birthday party was a great success. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The party hosts checked, frequently, with my son and daughter in law, to ensure they were satisfied with the accommodations made, as well as typical party offerings. We did not feel rushed at the party spot or in the climbing/play areas.

The management was very rude and was not interested in helping the customer. As an Executive level manager, I was very surprised by the level of training of the Billy Beez manager.

Great place to have great fun! This past week I took my kids and they had a blast!! Perfect place to have fun and games. My kids as i'm sure the others didn't want to leave! $9.95 per child and $7 per adult is a great fee for an entire day. At Billy Beez you will find slides, tunnels, trampolines, basketball climbing and lots of other things. The whole place is very clean. Security is unbelievable - families/groups gave same wrist band numbers that are checked upon entrance and exits.

My two year old grandson really enjoyed the activities at Billy Beez. His mom escorted him through the tunnels, and I am not sure who had more fun, grandson or my daughter! The slides are really, really fast, and the look of terror (followed, of course, by smiles) on my grandson's face on one of the slides, did scare me. The most fun was had trying to hit grandma with the sponge balls which he shot through the air gun. He giggled with glee when the balls hit their target, me! It's a bit pricey, $15 for kids, $5 for parents (except on weekends when second parent is $10 - ridiculous!). However, seniors are free!! Definitely a fun activity. Go early since lines do form when they open. Good security system. Bracelets are checked at entry and exit. Don't forget to wear socks! I do agree with other reviewers that more staff should be around to supervise the children.

I visited this location as part of a birthday party for one of my son's friends. The place is huge, but it also leaves a lot of blind spots. While the place is secure in which the kids cannot leave without the adult they arrived with, the indoor play space has a lot of blind spots. Your kid goes up one area and can come out on the opposite side of the arena. At one point it took me almost 15 minutes to find my son, and that was with 4 parents looking around for him. While it definitely provides a lot of activities and fun for the kids, it can provide a bit of a fright for the parents. Also, the slides are super slippery, so be careful as I saw many of kids and parents become airborne coming out of the chutes. If you are going to visit this place, make sure that you go with more than one adult per child(ren).

This place could be nice. if it was not for the management. jennifer and Liz specifically. they are unprofessional and rude. they destroyed our son's birthday. STAY AWAY

Been here twice - once for birthday party and another time just for fun. It's huge and easy to lose your kids but they have a security system in place to make sure kids only leave with their parents. Lots of different things for your kids to do but wish they had more staff to control unruly kids.

I've been to this place before and enjoyed my toddlers enjoyed themselves; so I brought them back months later because it seemed to be a nice place to go for small children. Anyway the staff seemed limited this day or they didn't seemed to care about what was going on in the play area. There were several young men running around as if they were the toddlers. They were in the ball pit throwing balls at each other as hard as they can throw hitting each other and small children and infants trying to play. I also got hit by some balls and it sting very bad. The small children got hit and was crying. Parents and myself had to remove our kids out of there so they wouldn't come home with bruises on there skin. Mean time one of the men nearly knock over my 2 yr old and kept running and playing throwing balls hard at each other. They came running in the back were the rainbow slides were and again not minding that they're small children around. I didn't see them with any small children so I didn't know why they were in such a place that is for small children. These men that were acting a fool. There age range from 20's to 30's. I spoke to mangememt and suggest that they have staff monitoring what's going on in this place because someone could have been seriously hurt.
