This was a great way to spend time with the entire family. The courses were physically and mentally challenging. Well worth the money, thought it was a good value for the price.

I have never been to an aerial tree top adventure park and after to visiting I will definitely come again. Sherry at the harness and glove dispatch area was very nice and friendly. All the staff were very nice however Pandell and Dustin were exceptional. They are very concerned about your safety and want you to have a great time at your own pace. This is the first time I ever Zip lined and I have to say it was a bit scary and even got stuck on the first line but Dustin was able to easily keep me calm and helped me, they are right there if you need them. They also were very diligent to make sure everyone's harnesses were tight enough.

Went on a school field trip and loved it. Wish I could find the time to go back! Staff was incredibly informative and the courses were great!

Catamount was a very safe, very modern and well done aerial adventure park. I was with two kids, 10 and 8, and my wife and we all had smiles on our faces when we were done. We had enough time for three courses and loved each one. We found them all challenging but not too much to handle - especially for the kids. We loved being able to help each other figure out the routes and best ways to take them as well as counting on each other for help along the way - it was a bonding moment! True team building and family bonding! The staff were all helpful and great and never did we feel it was unsafe or hazardous for our family.

I took four kids, ages 12-15, to this park. There are several different levels of difficulty and each of us were proud to accomplish the courses we did. The boys (15) did the most challenging Commando Course and couldn't stop talking about how hard, but great, it was to have done it. The girls and I started with the green course and then did the blue course successfully. We all ended the day with the zip lines - very fun. Everyone was exhausted when the day was done - it's a great test of both your physical and mental endurance!

Visited today with five girls--ages 15-20, two daughters and three friends--for some end of summer fun. We had a blast. Will DEFINITELY return. Arrive early, and plan four hours for your three hour ticket, as you can climb around until the end of your allotted time, then in your last few minutes enter the last course of zip lines all the way down.This would also be a great team-building retreat, performance reward for a work place, scout troop outing, etc. One of my daughter's friends had visited previously as part of a 7th grade field trip.

I've been to the Catamount Aerial Park two years in a row now and loved it each time. The park is different than anything I have done before. You are high up in the trees (secured by a harness), so if you are afraid of heights, this may not be the place for you. The various obstacle courses provide just the right amount of challenge, but are all enjoyable. There are 4 different skill levels for the courses (similar to a ski mountain trail levels), so everyone in your party will find something they are comfortable with. I would highly recommend Catamount if you are looking for an outdoor activity to do that involves climbing, using your brain to figure out the obstacles, and enjoy heights. I'd also recommend coming earlier in the day to avoid crowds.

Visited with 8 year old boy & 10 year old girl for 1st try @zip-lining & they loved it. $45 price tag might seem high, but for 3 hours on the various courses, quite a value.Staff & pre-training on equipment very good, strong enough to hold childrens' attention & have them use harness/clips/trolleysthroughout their stay. While adults didn't participate with kids, the lower rated trails could be observed, easily, from the trails &cautions given as the children moved through. More staff required @trail jump-offs to keep inexperienced climbers from getting onto advanced trails by mistake, but training held true until child got to escape point. Afternoon got very busy, & wait times @platforms grew. Go earlyto maximize value.

I have no fear of heights or climbing and would be quite happy to do the course with no safety gear at all, but for those who are less adventurous don't worry you can't. Safety is taken very seriously.It takes some time to get used to clipping on and off without getting in a tangle but soon it's second nature and you just have fun.My 9 year old daughter became very frightened when faced with the first zip line element and panicked.The staff were so kind and took her down and showed her what to do, after that she loved it and was disappointed that we couldn't do the blue sections because of her age.The entry price is a bit steep and there is not enough time to do more than about 3 - 4 sections on your first visit.Bizarrely the long run of zip lines down from the hillside close early leaving you to chose between enjoying a tree based course and then walking back , or zipping down and finishing early.The last ticket is sold at 3pm for a 3 hour slot but the zip line closed at 5.20 pmHowever we will definitely go back if we are in the area.

More crowded that other aerial parks we visited in the area. You receive instruction at the base of the mountain, near the lodge. Then you hike to the aerial park. Everyone enters from the same place, so the entry point can get crowded.The harnesses do not go over the shoulders, like they do at other aerial parks. There is a great zip lining course that zig zags across the mountain and brings you back to the base. Do this last, as you will have to hike back up to continue the courses.Most of the course is shaded, so sunglasses are not necessary. Bug spray is a must!Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful.

I had a great time doing this with my family. We were 3 adults and 3 teens and everyone loved it. The beginning level is challenging enough that you feel you accomplished something but still "doable" for chickens like me. I then decided to follow the lead of my son and do the BLUE level. It was way way way above my comfort zone and way more challenging than I ever thought I would do. However, except for a few areas which are escapes, you pretty much have to finish once you start. I did get stuck in one spot and needed help from someone to get me back to the right place so I would recommend staying close to someone you know in case you need a minor rescue. I also needed a real rescue at the end as I got to the very end of the route and was faced with something I just couldn't get myself to do. One of the staff did come up and help me down but she was not as compassionate as I would have hoped. However, I still give this a great rating and would go back. A very fun activity for anyone even slightly adventurous.

This was grandpa's idea met with some trepedation by my 8 yr. twin granchildren. After a brief orientation, the kids were ready, grandpa and grandma were not (and we were the audience). A special thanks to three delightful young ladies, Taylor, Megan and Dina. They worked closely with Jacob and Dora, nuturing their confidence and providing an opportunity for the kids to accomplish things they couldn't imagine doing before this experience. It was so enjoyable that we returned for a 2nd. visit in which grandpa joined the kids in the tree tops (or at least half way up). Next year we will do the more advanced trails and elements. A wonderful, safe, and thrilling adventure for the entire family.

I was having a fun time until I got stuck in an element (the rope that pulls the element to you was wrapped in my harness). I was very scared, hanging from my lifeline at least 20 feet up. The help came to rescue me, but tried to take off a portion of my safety line. I asked them not to do that, but instead to send a rescuer from the other direction and pull me back to the platform. They eventually did that, but only after they tried to take off the lifeline 5 times and I was hysterical. When I talked to management, I was asked if I was a certified aerial adventure rescuer and that they backed up their employee 100 percent. Definitely a screw you attitude when I was very scared.

We visited on Fathers Day and it was a blast. Lots of elements of every level of difficulty. My 7-year-old son had plenty of challenges on the yellow and green routes, my wife also enjoyed those routes, and I ventured onto the blue and black routes. The hardest black route was really challenging. The staff is friendly and helpful but not overbearing like at some similar attractions. On one route a less fit teen got hopelessly stuck on one element in front of me and the staff was able to quickly extricate him safely. You definitely want to work your way up through the difficultly levels to avoid getting onto a route that exceeds you abilities. This attraction is also very close to Bash Bish falls and you can easily combine them into a really super day trip.

A really fun day zipping thru the sky with family and friends. Very nice that they offer group discounts.
