Absolutely wonderful trails at this ski center. I was in awe of the conditions -- powder! I stay on the moderate trails but this visit I was able to ski the expert trails too. WOW! The owner and his wife are very friendly and accommodating -- always. This is my third visit and I wouldn't travel to the Tug Hill area and not take advantage of skiing at this center - highly recommend.

Love the trails. They are very well groomed and for all levels. There's a mini lodge to warm up and / or to purchase gear. The hosts are so friendly!

Spent my second time ever snowshoeing here. Trails were well groomed, owners were great and we all enjoyed sitting in the lodge at the end of the day. Close to 1880s house!

Spent spring break there (end of March 2014). Stayed there for 5 days. Lots of snow, mid-season conditions.Pros:The snow! Good trails, professionally groomed. Hugh Quinn, who maintains the XC zone, does know the stuff. Nice facilities. A room where you can rest and eat your lunch, free WiFi. Changing room, waxing cabin. Cannot ask for more really.The "Red Camp", a small old house across the road is a good place to stay. Living room, bedroom upstairs, kitchen and inexpensive, especially mid-week or if you come in a bunch. The shop is very good too. Over a few years, bought shoes, poles, bindings there. Excellent selection of equipment for sale, and not overpriced, which happens on ski zones. Cons:It's really a remote placePoor cellphone reception. Neither of our phones (Verizon, T-mobile) worked in the area.Hugh maintains the business alone. So after an overnight snowfall he has to plow the lot and groom the trails. Often he doesn't have enough time, and it takes couple of days for the trails to get into an optimal shapeMy GPS showed shorter trail length than claimedOverall, they deserve 5 stars

The skiing/snow/grooming are all excellent. Very nice warming hut to hang out in. I was somewhat disappointed to learn that tuning skis is not really an area of the business that they are interested in.

When the snow is gone in your neck of the woods head up to the Osceola Tug Hill Ski Center. It is truly a winter wonderland. A very homey place with a friendly proprietor. Trails are fun, but not too challenging, with moderate hills (for the most part). A bit out of the way, but worth the trip.

This place has snow when no one else does. The trails are great and the center is very homey with a stove and home made cookies and other snacks for sale. Their ski shop is extensive with some good deals. We enjoy going there very much.

Just a great place to ski and you’ll not find a better deal on ski equipment anywhere. The trails are always well groomed and the tug hill area is the place to go for snow.
