We visited on a Saturday evening a few hours before closing, & the brewery wasn't too busy. Despite this, the service was pretty sub-par. There were multiple people sitting around, but it took a good 5 minutes just to get our drink order. We had 3 different servers throughout our hour long stay, & none of them seemed too thrilled to be helping us. The food was good, but I'm not sure I'd recommend this place to friends.

The beers were good, the food just okay, and the service was slow. Our server was very nice, but we didn't see her that much. The food was just lacking in flavor. My mac and cheese was very soupy. We will not be back.

Been to FCB many times and have never been disappointed. As a home brewer, I am trying to improve my Chocolate Stout to be as good as FCB - I'm not there yet but I'm getting close!!! The Chocolate Stout is my favorite - pair that brew with a buffalo burger - it just doesn't get any better than that. FCB is a great place to bring young kids - very spacious dining area for the whole family. Give FCB a try and don't forget to try the Chocolate Stout.

On a recent visit, we stopped by to try their brews. They were terrific. They have a couple different beer sample options. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking about their beers. Their food is very good as a well. This is a must stop when you next visit Fort Collins.

This place was great! I enjoyed their sample beers and you must try their pretzels wrapped in bacon! Delicious!!! Interior was nice and overall, a great place that you should try.

I've been to New Belgium and O'Dells and think highly of both, but FCB is my favorite. Their double chocolate stout is fantastic.

We visited 4 breweries in Ft. Collins and this one was our favorite. Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The beers were unique and very good and the appetizer we shared (pretzel bites wrapped with bacon) was delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Stopped here quickly to start our day of brewery tours in Fort Collins area. Tasting prices were reasonable and beers were good, but some not to our liking. The tour was very informative and enjoyable, as were the staffers.

As a colorado beer enthusiast, I had never been to Fort Collins Brewery and was very pleased by the beer. Rocky Mountain was my favorite beer I tried. However, my server was not the best. But good beer makes me happy.

Stopped here for dinner with some coworkers. We had fun playing darts to win a beer/prizes before eating. Got wings for an app and they were NOT at all crispy. Not a fan. Got beet chips and margherita flatbread which were both good. A friend ordered a meat lovers flatbread. He came back saying that someone else just ordered the last flatbread, so my friend had to pick something else. Then came back again saying there was an extra margherita flatbread so he could just have that. My friend didn't really know what was on it, but said he would try it....but wasn't a fan, so I ended up eating it. We were a little confused as to how they had this extra flatbread, but couldn't add the meats to it to make it essentially the meat lovers one. They didn't charge him for it, but the server never asked him how it was or if he wanted anything else....we were all pretty much finished eating by the time the guy came back so my friend didn't want to order something new and wait for it, so he left hungry.

In a city known for its craft breweries, the Fort Collins brewery stands out. Great service, great atmosphere and fantastic beer. Food is also good. We like this place so much that we've scheduled an event for our family reunion in July.

Our tour guide was friendly, informative, and got all the answers to questions we had that he didn't know. The tour ad says it has a food pairing. Well don't go on the tour because of that because the pairing was a tiny piece of pita bread and dip. Luckily we had just eaten at Gravity 1020 restaurant attached to the brewery. We tasted the latest brew both filtered and unfiltered. You can really taste the difference. I was with a group of ladies and since we just finished lunch we did not stay to drink a beer, there are no free samples other than a sample taste of the latest brew. Had I received a free glass, I would have rated it higher.
