自由公园是盐湖城市中心最大的绿地，免费供周围的居民休闲娱乐。中间有个人工湖，小桥，小雕塑比比皆是，大片的草地吸引着小孩子在上面摸爬滚打。常见的城中绿色，不是必到的景点。

There is an aviary here, birds and such. Large park with lots of space for riding, running, cycling, skating. Located in the center of town, south of downtown, easy to get to. Lots of parking. always some special event going on.

I traveled to Liberty Park this past February and it was wonderful! it is so relaxing, it has a little something for everyone, if you want to take a nap on the top of the big hill in the center of the park by the lake you can, if you want to bring your dog and go for a stroll you may, Tracy Aviary is located on the corner of the park and it a great experience for family and kids to enjoy. You will find people playing Frisbee, playing live music and many families roaming about. It makes for a nice day in a park, grab a blanket picnic supplies and you are set for a wonderful time.

Great urban oasis in the heart of the city. Nice bird aviary, good size lake with walking and jogging trails.

It's a very nice park, whether you are going for a run around the park or just sit and look at the view. Nice place for family's and singles. I sat down at the Gazebo and just took it all in. The park is kept up no trash. Overall I will come back for a run.

My family loves Liberty Park. It is really large, so there's a lot to do. They have a water feature the kids can play in, numerous fun playgrounds and if you're feeling adventurous, they have old "rides" that have been around longer than I've been alive. We always enjoy our trips here.

...this old park has charm!...the pond and surroundings are picturesque...however, it is now undergoing some sort of maintenance/construction project so not great for photos....fall 2014-2015. Tennis courts have been rebuilt, Tracy Aviary is great, kids play areas, and the entire park is encircled by a walk/jog path. Best eatery nearby is the Park Cafe...open for breakfast...always crowded...always great food...caution:...as with most old parks be wary of restrooms...know who is around you...

Liberty Park is a cool park with a bird aviary. However, some activity occurs there so keep an eye on your family. The restrooms have been an attraction for some sexual activity. Also sometimes you will see drum circles. However the police are always present so I don't mean to scare anyone away and it should be pretty safe (just don't let your kids go to a bathroom alone). A lot of people like to walk or run in the area

My grand kids loved this park, so many neat and fun things to do and play on. Even the adults got in on the play fun. This park is also very clean.

I lived in Salt Lake City for 35 years and had to pass this park each day on the way to work. It has a nice walking path that goes around the whole park, plus some lovely ponds and a nice Avery. Many public events are held here each year. It is just far enough away from downtown proper to make you feel like you are in a different place.

We were in Salt Lake City visiting, and one of the restaurant people recommended we take the kids here. Huge park with many free things to do. They have a small kiddie a amusement park here.

I love to motor through the park and enjoy the scenery. The park has a wonderful pond with lots of water fowl. You can feed the ducks and geese if you choose. The park is immaculately maintained and hosts numerous events over the year for many different charities. My favorite is the Strut Your Mutt event.I love to take my pooch down to the park and let him sniff about and take care of business.

Liberty park is a great park for family's, couples, friends. Kids will have fun I the play areas. Great music can be found throughout the summer. Tracy Aviary is unique and fun. The tennis center offers wonderful courts and a great teaching staff. Also great for dogs, walkers, leisure cycling, rollerblading etc. good nearby restaurants and coffee shops

This park is so accessible, has something for everyone. What a treasure right in town. Dog friendly (leash only) lots of paths and grass to roll on. Check out the natural spring and fill your water bottles. Come back without your dog and check out the great aviary. (If you have the dog with you make sure you walk around the aviary and see the birds - including an Andean Condor!). Beautiful large pond, great areas for children, playing catch, picnicking, has a carousel, swimming pool (last day of the season before they drain the pool for the winter, is dog day! Yes, your dog gets to swim, jump and play in the pool. Super fun!)Check out this wonderful park!

This is a nice local park, but not a tourist destination except for the Aviary. There is a large area of tennis courts, some good areas for children to play, and a pretty area with flowers. The "Duck Pond" is actually very tiny with a few fish. A nice area to walk around if you want to get out of the city. The 205 public bus (across from the convention center on the south side) goes directly there.
