We visited for the first time with 2 daughters age 9 & 11. They loved it! We didn't really know what to expect, but it was great fun, with reasonable prices and nice attentive staff. The place was in a nice building, was clean and neat. We went for a 1.5 hour pass $16 each kid and it was plenty of time. Nice arcade area, tramp to foam pit (their fav) rock wall to foam pit, slam dunk area, dodge ball area, tot area and reg tramp area. Not too crowded even on a Saturday. The staff "ref" each area but we found all the kids seemed to nicely take turns etc. prob helps that there really was no waiting on anything! Plenty of seats for parents to watch. They also had laser tag $4 or unlimited with a 2 hour pass which we did not do. Highly recommend! Fun, great exercise and won't break the bank.
5 minutes after signing the waiver, my 13 year old nephew bent his ankle to a 90° angle on the divider between the trampolines. I could not believe how unsafe this place was. Hiring teenagers as "safety officers" is ridiculous! We spent my nephews birthday in the ER. No refund was offered, but the manager said " if the boys want to come back, just tell me. They will be free" um yeah, never ever going there again. Ever! And they have the Allina Ambulance building attached, now it all makes sense! Don't make the same horrible mistake we had going here!
The staff monitoring the jump area were rude and had their own agenda (breaking all the rules that they were supposedly enforcing, playing and picking sides rather than actually watch for safety)The supervisor tim was also very rude. Very bad experience. Would not recommend, STAY AWAY. Just lost my business.
We took our kids here so they could have some and that they did. They have several trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball area, a foam pit for the kids to bounce into, laser tag, and even a few video games. We were there for two hours and my kids had a ton of fun. They had so much fun I think they were sleeping in the car before we got back on to the highway. The price was really reasonable, money well spent.
went with daughter age 7 on July 2nd. Have been to SkyZone as well, will try not to compare the two because it's not fair. SZ is a mega chain, this place is a single location, not franchise.Initial impression is WOWzer, impressive. Insanely huge, generous space and storage for shoes, restrooms, free water fountains, etcI found front desk people very friendly and helpful and later on when daughter wanted to jump MORE, they gave us a nice sale price on the additional minutes. To get to the exercise area was misery. Video games, slushie machines, ticket redemption crap toys, etc. It was not expected and certainly not wanted. You're coming to to jump, not spend $14 to get enough tickets for a sticker worth a half penny. The jump area is beyond impressive and has something for all agesYou do have to sign a liability waiver the the front, but if you're raising kids under 13ish in the city it's something you're totally use to. HOWEVER there's still staff roaming, monitoring for safety. The bad part if they're teenagers and don't have any sort of knowledge of what they're instructing the kids.... breaking up friends and sibling sets for what they're interpreting as roughhousing which is really normal playing. Saw that many times, annoying and rude.... which is what happens when a 16 year old boy is put in an authority position over a bunch of grade schoolers. The "staff" also make immediate note of the few morons who try and sneak food or drink into the bounce area. They clean constantly and keep it very nice. A/C blasted, amazing music playing non stop. the vibe is fun and energetic too much ice cream and cotton candy. confusing place that offers exercise classes should not have to walk past soda and cookies. needs a little tweaking to be perfect
My 12 and 16 year old sons LOVE this place but it's really fun for all ages. There is a wide variety of things to do like dodge ball, a foam pit and trampolines lined up so you can jump from one to the next. They've also recently added an arcade area and they have tables with chairs as well as comfy chairs for those parents who like to stick around and watch. It's also a really fun place to have a birthday party.Be warned, you are not allowed to bring food or drinks in although I've never heard of anyone having trouble with this. The only food and drink offered is via the vending machines but they do have a water fountain. They also have a vending machine with ice cream. TIP: Look for a Groupon to cut your cost in half. There is one being offered right now - $12 for One-Hour Bounce Pass for Two (a $24 Value).
So much fun for all ages. It is a wonderful place and very reasonably priced. Staff was courteous. Many different age appropriate activites.
My second-grader had a great time. Perfect for MN in the winter. We found out about zero gravity because he was invited to a birthday party there. Now my other son wants to go too. The best part apparently was playing basketball on trampolines.
Little expensive but we had so much fun. Be sure to use a coupon. We will be back and probably be throwing a birthday party here
Bought a groupon to try Zero Gravity, since we are usually SKYZONE fans. We won't be back.I called to make a reservation, but was told I didn't need one. Even though it's first day of MEA, they didn't think they would be busy. I asked why they could not take a reservation on phone, and was told again you don't need one. What they really meant was, you cannot make a reservation with groupon. Even though that is NOT listed in any of DETAILS of my groupon. Won't be back here, we'll return to SKYZONE for far better service and communication.
My girlfriend & I drove all the way from St Paul having won 4 one hr jump passes. There were only 2 of us so we logically assumed we could jump for 2 hrs or use the passes a different day. The presumed manager admitted the certificate should have been written differently but made no attempt to remedy the situation. It was a sour first experience.
Took my two youngest kids ages 10 and 6 here a month ago for the first time and they had a blast!! The staff are excellent! One even played with my lil girl going from trampoline to trampoline and then doing flips together with her. They give you socks that are yours to keep. It's clean safe fun and for the most part affordable.
Me and my two daughters (7 & 10) enjoyed a midweek romp at this trampoline park. The watchful staff gave us great ideas on new ways to bounce and even played dodge ball with us! Loved the variety of activities available. Clean place, including bathrooms. The rules were clearly posted throughout facility. The only thing I didn't like was having to sign hardcopy waivers for ALL 3 of AGAIN after completing the online waivers. Otherwise, it was an easy check-in process. Staff were all friendly. I highly recommend all families checking it out. It's really a lot of fun!
