The tour lasts an hour and gives you good access to ballpark. Our guide was very kind but think the clock got away from her. We spent lots of time in press box and talking history (which I liked) but others including my family wanted the "fun stuff." It did feel rushed in dugout which is highlight. Very good experience and it was clear staff love what they do.

The ball park is nice enough, it has all the prerequisites that parks built in the 90's have. The rub is that there is really nothing surrounding the ball park except apartments and questionable neighborhoods. No restaurants, interesting shops or places to party before entering the stadium.

If you like baseball than go! It is a great baseball experience and the fans are nice! The hot dogs are great. I recommend getting seats not in the nosebleed though...

This stadium is amazing, I can't wait to go to a game here and take in the full atmosphere! I toured the area around the stadium, and the gift shop! It is a fun place to kill a few hours. But I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT on the side of the stadium with the gift shop exists a huge sign proclaiming "Sports Grill" Please put a sign over this as it is very disappointing, when I asked a security guard when it would open and there response was "it closed nearly 5 years ago" Come on stadium crew get this fixed! I'll be back next year I hope to have a sports grill open or a sign covering it up when not in use :)

I visited Globe Life Park for a baseball game for the 1st time last June and did enjoy myself and the great atmosphere. Only problem is in 6'4" and the seats were soooo small and pushed together. If the park was old or small I could get past it but there is no excuse for the miniature seating in this case. Great food!! Plenty of shade

Family and friends day outing at the ball park was so exciting. Parking was easy since they have a Lexus Lot, but get there early for the best free close parking. Beer and food was great! Cost will have you going back since it is affordable fun!

One of the best baseball places I have ever been to. You have so many different thing to do there without watching the game (People). 2ft hotdog

The family decided to gift my son a 21st present of a trip to the US for some baseball games. The boys in the family love baseball and the girls love the travel so everyone was happy. We chose 4 games of Rangers vs As in Texas , 3 games Rays vs Yankees at the Trop and 3 games of Phillies vs Braves at Citizens Bank. Even though I`m a Rays fan , we all enjoyed the Rangers games the most. Rangers ballpark is a beautiful field and the fans and staff were very courteous. Even though the weather was incredibly hot , we enjoyed the whole baseball experience at Arlington. You can spend as much or as little as you like depending on seating and how much you want to eat and drink. On a day off we took the stadium tour which was a great behind-the-scenes look at the stadium. Its a very good option if you have time. Rangers won 3 of 4 so the fans were happy. Fireworks were a great addition after the game. A must for baseball fans or sports loving tourists.

It is hard to fathom that the Ballpark in Arlington is now over 20 years old. It is generally underrated among the retro ballparks that arrived in the 1990s. It still has a classic look. This is a great place to watch MLB with good food and a pleasurable game watching experience. It stands in contrast to the Mega-structure next to it, AT&T Stadium. One issue. There are not many hotels in walking distance to either venue. Paying a premium to be close is recommended if you plan to attend more than one game. Parking at either venue is ridiculously high for an open air uncovered lot with zero amenities.

The ballpark in Arlington feels like old time baseball with a beautiful facility. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It brings the feeling of America's favorite pastime to the forefront and does not disappoint.

Have loved this ballpark since it opened. Parking is convenient and reasonable. All seats are good seats.

I love this park! Most nights they have special deals and events scheduled after the game so you can pay for the game and stay for a free fireworks show or a free concert. They have dollar hotdog days and the kids love to go those nights and see who can eat the most.

We went here for my sons birthday. We all had a wonderful time. I called ahead and they were able to post his birthday on one of the signs and had him some birthday goodies brought to his seat for a small fee.

I love the Ballpark in Arlington and am a huge fan of the Rangers. I think the Ballpark provides one of the more positive activities for visitors to Arlington. First of all, it's affordable. Your average person can still buy a ticket for a decent seat unlike what's happening at AT&T Stadium. Food & refreshment prices are high but in keeping with other similar places. As of last year, visitors were still allowed to bring in food and drinks (water & soda) as long as the containers met guidelines. I'd check the website before going. I've been to other ballparks, and the Rangers are the friendliest and most inviting. Also, the between innings activities are fun and positive. This is definitely a family-friendly place, but great for older people, too.

Though the product on the field wasn't so great last season, the Ballpark in Arlington is a beautiful park to catch a game in! Great sightlines, wonderful architecture, excellent food offerings, cold beer...just be prepared because it gets HOT in Texas during the summer so you might choose a night game in July-September! Check the Rangers website for promos, giveaways, live music dates, and ticket specials.
