The casino is quite a bit off the interstate maybe 4-5 miles and then a long ramp to walk into it. Many of the employees are not that friendly ,I would day 70 percent of them. The slots seem quite tight compared to other places I have visited. If you are handicapped they seem to have ample close parking. Since you have about an 8-10 mile round trip from the interstate I am not sure if I would stop again. The grounds look nice around it.
If you need to feed your gambling habit, and you just happen to be in the area and you don't care whether half the machines won't read your player card, then you might want to try this casino. This dimly lit smoke filled casino, barely meets the definition. Two levels have slots but there's only new ones directly inside the door and it's very congested in that area.
Good restaurant. The Casino was fun - liked that it was on the river. Wish it had been non smoking or at least had a non smoking area.
We went on 3/9/14 for the second time this month. To start with the valets are using the handicapped parking area to park.unauthorized autos,& we had to walk the 1/4 mile. Next the casino had the most outdated machine still on the market. Then the areas were dirty and all the staff was standing around talking. The floors and restrooms were dirty and stairways were NASTY!!! We are done until these areas are corrected.
l travel all t he way from Middle Tennessee to Lady luck because of the fun time I know I will have and it is one of our favorites. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. The comps. I get from this Casino are very good for the amount of monies I spend and the food is good. Casino Boats do not give complimentary alcoholic drinks and I have been to several. So take extra money for drinks. Keep up the good work Lady Luck and thank you for giving the folks in that town jobs and for the contributions you give back to Carruthersville. Hope to see you soon!

Believe me, we dislike them as much as you do! Unfortunately, that's part of being located in Southeast Missouri. We try our best to combat the problem, but it doesn't help much.In response to your other concerns, there is no excuse for the problems you experienced in the bar/restaurant. That is not the way we do business and I assure you it is being looked into and will be corrected.We would love for you to give us a second chance. I wish they had more Black Jack tables open,and the 1.00 slots could be a little loser to keep people like me busy longer,over all I had a good time,the boat is much smaller than the 1 in Paducah Ky, and the casino should own the hotel next to it..people don't like to travel far from their rooms to the casino,and I like to go back and fourth several times I have to take breaks from gamming and they should have something more for thr family to enjoy..I do understand the local economy has been hit hard by industry closing but someof us do enjoy a nite or 2 out....Thanks Kenneth D..
We laughed when we saw the shuttle. Looked like such a short walk from the parking lot to the entrance of the casino. Looks are deceiving......after you enter, you have to walk forever and ever to get to the actual boat.SMOKE....SMOKE...and more smoke. Must not have a good ventilation system. Or it could be that we had just come from the new Hollywood in Toledo, Ohio where it is smoke free....and we got spoiled. Wish they were all smokeless.Didn't see any advertised 97. whatever % payoff returns on slots advertised like in casinos in Louisianna and Oklahoma. Guess that's cause there wasn't any such percentage. We quickly dropped $225 in a matter of about an hour in several different machines. Left it all there.Only smart thing we did here, was to take the shuttle back to the car. It had been a long walk getting in, but it was all downhill. Going back would have been uphill. Heed the warning.....take the shuttle.

Any member of our Fan Club, once they reach that level of play, is given certain perks that go along with their tier level. These folks are among our top players, therefore, they are rewarded with preferred seating. We do have brochures available that detail the benefits of each player level. If you would like, next time you are here, stop by the Fan Club and let the staff know you would like one.As for not being allowed to stand up, I'm sure that was only to ensure that those sitting behind you could see and enjoy the show, as they may have not wanted to stand as you did.
