We enjoyed a wonderful meal and terrific service the afternoon we visited. I hate that you now must walk across the entire casino in all that smoke to get to the restaurant from the valet parking.

Best burger with a pretzel bun EVER! You can order it about 10 different ways and then still customize it from there. The staff are always friendly and we were even visited by the owner to ask how our meal was.Outdoor eating area when it's nice out and near Gun Lake!

We stop at the Sand Bar often, both for food and cocktails. It's one of our favorite stops when snowmobiling through the trails at Yankee Springs. We also love summer on the patio. Great food, great staff!!

This little place has really been awesome since they changed to the Sand Bar a few years back. The burgers and sandwiches are great...the sweet potato fries are a really nice side, and the rest of the menu (wraps, salads, etc.) are also good. The service is very good and you can sit out on the patio if it's nice. Reasonable prices too.

Waitress was very friendly. Beer battered fries were amazing. Food was very good. Had a patio, but was not yet warm enough for us to sit outside.

Although it was a little bit of a drive from our hotel, it was worth it! Knowledgeable staff and terrific food in a clean rustic environment. Now I know why the parking lot was full. The locals know that this is the place to go!!

Get the Shark Burger, it is huge and quite tasty. Bacon, Jalapenos, and now Im drooling over having another. Decent beer selection, friendly atmosphere. The owner hangs out at the bar and is nice to talk to also. Thanks!

Great place for lunches after swimming/hiking at Yankee Springs Gun Lake. Love the chicken, white chili- spicy! Buffalo chicken sandwich is very good too. Kids love the burgers. Attached patio provides option to eat outside.
