If you like local Mennonite history or just local history in general, you'll enjoy the Center. They have some creative exhibits, pictures and artifacts. They also have research library if you really want to dig deeper.

This is an excellent source of information for anything Pennsylvania Mennonite related, or really, for local history. The displays are well put together and all the volunteers friendly and knowledgeable. There are also archives available for more extensive research. Great used book sale near the end of the summer, too!

They have the most complete and up to date history of the Mennonites who settled this area. There are wonderful displays inside as well as a great book store and a nice gift shop. They also offer very interesting events for the public such as sheep hearding and shearing. Chock full of info.
