We really enjoyed stopping at the Oasis Fun Center. We rented a house in the Shasta Lake area and took a break from those activities to enjoy this place. We played their laser tag and laser maze indoors and their mini golf outside. All three were very enjoyable for sure. It was pretty hot outside so the mini golf got a little tough with the small children but the indoor activities were a hit. Kids and adults alike all had a blast. If we are in the area again we will be making a repeat visit.
We purchased the 4 activity pass on a Monday...we played a round of mini golf, laser maze and 2 turns on the go-carts. We had a great time and a lot of laughs were shared. We come to the fun center every time we pass through Redding.
Thank you Oasis Fun Center for a great night of fun for our 12 year old grandson and his friend. We were looking for something fun to entertain the 2 boys in the evening during their visit from San Francisco. Oasis was the perfect place to go. They enjoyed racing the go carts a couple of times and then moved on to the lazer tag. The staff was so helpful and made sure the boys had fun. We have been to Oasis for miniature golf before and had a great time with that. So glad there is a place to take tweens for family fun!
Laser tag was a blast for our date night and miniture golfing and go-karts are great for the whole family!
I will forever visit this place and enjoy myself! The kids love it and there is plenty of stuff for all ages. It is family-owned and it shows! This should be the pride of small town America!
My husband likes to take our daughter to Oasis for their daddy-daughter dates. Every time they go she has so much fun. She's becoming a pro at laser tag and LOVES to challenge daddy. :)
This place is great for kids...many times the equipment is not working but they have lazer tag...go carts....miniature golf and games...a kids favorite!
I have always had an overall great experience at Oasis Fun Center! The staff has always been friendly and welcoming and we always seem to have a blast when we go as a family to play a game of mini golf or lazer tag. I have especially noticed it has a great out door picnic area that is great for parties and relaxing after a fun game of golf. I also noticed many birthday parties are held here and the kids always seem like they are having a blast! This will most likely be the next place we go as a family when we are looking for something fun to do to spice up an ordinary day!
The mini golf courses outside are fun, the indoor areas are old, dingy and need updating. It is fun for ages 5-12. Or a group of optimistic teens might have fun with the go karts and laser tag. We take our kids for the outdoor mini golf on summer evenings sometimes, and my children enjoy when others host birthday parties there.
While we were on vacation in Redding, California it was one of those what to do days. We had a loose itinerary and we decided that a good game of miniature golf or possible go carts would be the order of the day so off to Oasis Fun Center we went excited about the adventure. It was an adventure alright and more so a disappointment. When we walked into the establishment we were greeted with what appeared to be swamp cooler cooling. It was hot outside and the smell was terrible. The smell of stale air that is common with a cooler that isn’t maintained well. The place was a dive. Not what you would expect from a family game center. It looked as though the establishment was thrown together without thought. This may seem critical but there are places that do nothing to improve the business. Due to the fact it was very hot outside, we decided to play in the upstairs smaller course. So up the stairs we went. Goodness, what a disappointment. It was a large area that looked as though it were thrown together as an afterthought. Artificial plants and trees that looked like they were there from the beginning. An ugly sight if you will.We played the small round and at the last hole, you get the ball in the cup and a spring loaded door opens and the ball falls through to the counter below. It didn’t work. No surprise here. After pounding on the ball with my club it finally opened and the ball went through. I know this review may seem very critical but when you are in business and don’t keep the place up and make improvements I think the general public should be aware of the situation so they don’t waste their time driving to places like this. Another example was the large trash can just outside the main entrance. Flies, bees and yellow jackets swarming around. Not a comfortable feeling. Our Special Needs Daughter almost had a meltdown due to fear. This was not a pleasant experience. In my opinion, it was a waste of money driving from Redding to play here.
