The sound system, the seating were perfect for the Winter Solstice concert. Looking forward to returning to this venue.

Saw the Windham Hill Solstice group and it was magic. Great acoustics and reasonably comfy seats. Amazing performance!

The center for the arts here in Grass Valley is exceptionally fun for all ages. Whether you live in Nevada County or want to join us from Sacramento Metro area (just an hour down the hill) you will not be sorry you made the drive. There is always something fun happening. Hula shows in the summer that are better than Maui, and Banjo last night, don't miss the chance to have reasonably priced, hometown atmosphere. This place is NOT fancy, and parking can be a little bit of a thrill, but it is a super local venue and a very well kept secret (NOT)

This organization brings all types of first rate entertainment to the Grass Valley area. Venues vary. The actual Center for the Arts is older and small but they use (and have improved) the Veterans Hall and other venues within the city. They bring all sorts of exciting and varied performances to town.

All the concerts have been great . The staff does a great job getting the show going. Clean. Easy to schedule.

Awesome concert. Great Venue. Interesting crowd. Great little theater. Well located near downtown. This band rocks.

Love the small venue! Great setting with a good dance floor that doesn't get in the way if you just want to sit and enjoy the show. Great entertainment!

The Center for the Arts is a great local venue. We've seen some amazing talent come up to our little town. David Sedaris, Ira Glass (This American Life), Blues Traveler, and our favorite, a local version of Dancing With our Stars! Most of the bigger shows are held at the Veterans Memorial Building where most seats are bleachers. There are usually beer. wine, and cocktails available.

The Center for the Arts is our community venue for great music, art, and events. An intimate spot with great sound and a line up of delightful entertainment.

I love the Center for the Arts! It provides some of the best entertainment that I used to love when I lived in the Bay Area, only is costs a fraction of the price and takes my minutes to get there - not hours - and the parking is free!!Bill Cosby, Willie Nelson, Paula Poundstone, Lilly Tomlin, and so many others are now coming to Grass Valley and loving it. Come join in the fun.

Great shows 2 or 3 times a week. Brought Willie Nelson, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Bill Cosby and many more to Grass Valley.

A concert was a lovely way to spend the evening in Grass Valley. The theater is small and intimate - great "atmosphere" and acoustics.

We have attended several performances there and they were wonderful. They develop the talents of local children in the performing arts and put on a good show.

Center of the Arts offers an unbelievable array of artistic talent! This is an outstanding venue for many artists both local and from other places. I have seen the Kingston Trio, Crosby Stills, Nash, and each year a local favorite "The Guitar Extravaganza". Check out what is current if you're in town. i guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Julie Barker and her staff go above and beyond keeping this place hopping. The music venues that they are able to get is amazing. We saw Mark Cohen here two weeks ago and couldn't believe how good he was, he even commented on the sound in the building. They also have sancing areas and a bar.
