rendezvous wine bar

Went to the Rendezvous Wine bar this afternoon. Very new, but got a lot of the basics covered pretty well. I've seen more wine bars come and go than I care to remember. I think they are in the run to be viable, but can Campbell support 2 wine bars? I think age demographic might allow it to work. Rumor has it that the Regale Winery of the Santa Cruz Mountains is the owner, but they offer selections far past their own. By the way I tried a 2013 Pinot from Russian River vineyards and although very young was quite tasty.WINES = young, good, interesting ATMOSPHERE = nice, comfortable, but noise on busy nights could be an issue PRICING = Fair to the quality delivered SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE = Very to good and I maybe under estimating. Of course parking sucks.
