Not far from Vegas, it's end of the road ( 157 will take you right up there) of a nice drive, actually ride. Me and a friend rented motorcycles from Vegas and took a nice 4 days tour through Nevada, California, Arizona and back to Vegas end of May 2013.Mount Charleston was the first stop.Beautiful scenic view, very quiet place off sky season.Fully recommended if you travel away from Vegas, a stop you must do.
