The guy that worked at the food station the night we went, was horrible. He took 6minutes just to realize I was standing there. When I gave him my money for the food I ordered, he threw my money on the counter. After it took an additional 5 minutes for a simple fruit punch drink, he handed me the drink and before I said anything, he said "yeah, you're welcome". I told him, I didn't say thank you and I wasn't planning on it. If you don't like your job, get a new one, or get out of the customer service industry.. Nobody want's to spend $45 for 2 hours of bowling with their family to have terrible rude service from a high school kid who hates his job.Other than that kid, the property was nice. Nice lanes, and with the ball guider, it made it very easy for my 3yr old to bowl.

This place is great. the people are always friendly.and they're always running specials.they treat you like family.you will have a great time. BUT the only thing is the food at the snack bar is way to high for what you get. burgers are over $8 and chicken nuggets are $10. pretzels are more than four dollars.everything else seems reasonable. One good thing is They will accommodate any special requests like keeping the lights on at the end of the allay so people that can't see that good can bowl.
