bradenton beach parasailing

My son and I went parasailing with Brian and Dan during our recent spring break. Nice guys. Nice boat. They will tell you that the fee is $65 per person. Once on the boat and underway, they will then explain that the $65 fee is for 10 minutes and 800 feet of rope. They will try to upsell you to a $90+ fee for 15 mins and 1200 feet of rope with HD pictures 'included'. Decide beforehand. Two of the folks who had reservations didn't show so Dan asked my wife and daughter if they would like to ride along. They did not explain that a ride-along would cost $20/person. We were promised that we would be 'dipped' during our experience, but that did not happen either. The pics, provided on an SD card, are no better quality than a smart phone would take.Because of the undisclosed fees and failure to deliver on their service as promised, they get a 'Poor' rating.

My 11 year old cousin and I went parasailing. Had a great time and the crew, Brian and Dan, did a great job making him feel comfortable (he was a little anxious because of the heights). Best part, the driver Brian did this maneuver to dunk our feet into the gulf and then took off to prevent us from completely submerging. We were on the water for about and hour and half. Really enjoyed trying something new!

My husband and 11 year old son parasailed on our vacation and LOVED it. The guides were lots of fun and made the ride enjoyable. They took pictures of them while parasailing and we purchased those. Had a great experience!

Dan and Bryan were the best hosts for our trip. We didTampa bay do to the wind in th gulf. Will do it again but it will be be in the gulf

There were 3 of us that went with Tony and Ty. We had a blast. Took our 76 year old friend who was scared at first, but was brave and had a blast. Loved talking to Tony. I would highly recommend parasailing to everyone. We got to see some turtles and jellyfish. Awesome

Wow, we called and they were great on the phone. We took our 17 year old son. He did a tandem sail with my husband. My sister and I were like "NO WAY"...he explained the safety procedures he uses from the size of his chute, condition of the boat, to the wind and water safety issues. Like in another review, his craft is USCG rated and inspected and he takes you out where there really is no one else. My sister and I are extremely afraid of heights. I have gained a lot of weight in the last couple of years. He explained how it works and what will happen. We decided to get in the harness as my husband and son were up. From take off until the landing, it was incredible. Its lifts you off so gently, and when you land on the boat, you are standing yup. You can get wet or stay complete dry. It is so quiet and peaceful, and you feel like you are just suspend ever so lightly in the air. Like I said, I am deathly afraid of heights. Escalators and elevators scare me, this I will do again. But only with this company because of the safety that they follow.

I am always safety first and fun second. Sure was pleased to have Rick and crew take us out as a group of 9 for 2 hours one morning. Knowing that there are no regulations for parasailing in florida I was pleased to find this company with a US Coastguard inspected boat but even more pleased when asked if they could exceed their passenger limit of 12 by one more they declined. The dollar was not the driving force here which made me very comfortable. This is the 3rd time I have parasailed and we have never had such a great experience. The staff were hospitable and entertaining while attending to all safety needs first. They even made my friend, who does NOT like the water, feel comfortable enough to ride tandem with me. Overall with 9 of us we went on our own which was awesome spending 2 1/2 hours on the water.

Have parasailed before with other companies and came back a bit uncomfortable with overall experience and glad to be on the ground -- NOT SO WITH THIS GROUP! We had a blast.We truly appreciated that Rick and his crew did a great job ensuring our safety, double checking lines and safety harnesses, explaining everything .... and all with a sense of humor and fun. We bought the picture disk as well, and pictures were terrific -- great close-ups of the "flyers" and shots of the whole family on the boat.Highly recommeded!

We visited and the weather was not favorable..... This group takes safety seriously.... We could not go out unless it was saw to do so...... My daughter who was 9 at the time was nervous and although they strapped her image wanted to get off..... Knowing we had paid for the Package they did a good job of reassuring her and whilst my dad and I had a long ride they retracted the line Hooke my daughter back on an we went back up again.....They were patient, accommodating, and made the experience AWESOMEI would definitely recommend this companyThank you

My girlfriend and I went out at noon on a Friday and decided to go with the package that takes you up 1000 ft and dips you. I'm very glad we chose the minor additional expense to go higher and dip down, because it was loads of fun.The crew was great, very chill, and very hospitable. If you're nervous, they'll fix that. There is nothing to be scared of; the entire experience is super relaxing. I do recommend you pop a dramamine prior just in case.Typically you are suppose to stay up 20 minutes, but we stayed up for 40 minutes while we went aaaaaall the way up the west coastline of Anna Maria Island. The view was breathtaking and we saw all kinds of wildlife while we were up there. Highly recommended.

we had the best time , my friend and I were nervous but they made it so easy, and they made us feel safe, they were the best! We were able to see everything from the height we were and were amazed, and when they dunked us it was the best part, we laughed so much and thats how it should be :)

The wife and I always take our grandsons to our favorite beach for a few days before school starts back each year. The 17 year old and I had parasailed together a few years back on his 13th birthday. Since the youngest grandson has a 13th birthday in a couple of weeks and neither he or my wife had experienced it, we all signed up for a trip with Bradenton Beach Parasailing last Sunday. We picked them because of their many years of experience with no accidents and their Coast Guard certification - safety first when its my loved ones. Our captain, Moulton and the first mate, Rick did an outstanding job of creating a fun and memorable experience while maintaining a safe environment. I highly recommend Bradenton Beach Parasailing to anyone in the Anna Maria Island or Bradenton Beach area that is looking for a new exciting adventure.
