I am very athletic and have tried all different types of classes and programs. Pilates by T uses the Classical reformer method which delivers a full body workout and cardio. At first I attended only one day per week, but once I decided to attend two or three times per week I saw a marked difference and definition in my muscles. I still run, cycle, do yoga, etc., but this has been the workout that really gives me the maximum benefits from my efforts. T, Lennie and Kelly are all well trained and encouraging (sometimes ruthless, but necessary) coaches.
