oconee county welcome center

The welcome center had a lot of information about the surrounding communities. We got a lot of brochures. The staff was very helpful recommending artist shops , antique stores and restaurants, If you are stranger to this area I strongly recommend a stop at the Welcome Center,

We loved the helpful,friendly, warm greetings we recieved as we visited welcome centers and sights along the Antebellum Trail. We especially enjoyed our stay at Ashford Manor, the visit to the Eagel Tavern and the Antique Store in Watkinsville. We ate at Rachel's for a delicious Southen dinner.
