A day in Reus along with a visit to this centre really does put you in the right frame of mind for the real thing.Centre is really well organised and the videos are really informative. The walks around the town are interesting and are relatively easy on the feet, so a good day out.

This is the town that the famous, unusual architect of Spain was born and had lived in during his youth. This is a well done and well presented museum about Antonio Gaudi, his life and examples of his works.

I'm so glad that we had this opportunity to go. It's a great way to learn about Gaudi. I am so impressed. I want to go to Barcelona to see his masterpieces! Love this!

The facade of the building is very plain and would benefit from looking more like some of Gaudi's work; would also blend in better with surrounding buildings. That aside, I enjoyed the whole experience, at 4euros for seniors with audioguide provided. It started in a darkened room with a video showing a short guide to his life. Husband found the revolving stools most uncomfortable as did I but only because I'd inadvertently chosen a high one - hadn't realised there was a selection at differing heights. I liked the stools - very Gaudiesque. There were some very good examples of his work and an excellent incite into the man, his life and career, both in the form of audioguide which was triggered at each exhibit (didn't always work unfortunately) and by printed information. Well worth the entrance fee.

Having been to Barcelona and seen several of Gaudi's building, this was a must to visit when in the area. Because it was interactive, to some degree, it allowed a fuller understanding of the physics in his designs. The audio guides were very helpful.

Reasonable entrance fee - Seniors 4eurosIssued with an automatic headset which describes the displays as you reach them. Nice video presentation. At times we became a little lost so more helpful direction signs wouldn't go amiss. All in all a great way to learn about Gaudi and pass away a couple of hours.

Sadly, given Gaudi's unique legacy the building is uninspiring; also staff not exactly enthusiastic - (had to wait 3 times whilst taking phone calls); no shop - can you believe that in this (commercial) day & age? terrace restaurant closed; a number of exhibits were 'out of order'.Yet thus is a truly fantastic exhibition, worth every penny of train fare & admission to get here. The self-guided tour which requires no mortal intervention, responding to ceiling points, is quite an exceptional experience. And then there's the local buildings.....For those arriving/departing from Reus Airport - take time, look around the city - it's a gem

Loved to learn about Gaudi's history in his town of birth Reus. Wetted the appetite for seeing his works in Barcelona.

The self-guided and interactive museum depicts the humble beginnings of the great architect. This is a good starting point to better understand his works when visiting Barcelona. Guests of NH Hotel Ciutat de Reus can get a complimentary pass to see the museum. From here, you can trace the Modernista Route along the town center.

It's a very good museum. For roughly 2 hours you get to see most of Gaudi's creations. It's made as an interactive walk through his life and work, which keeps your interest from beginning to end. Definitely something you must visit while in Reus.

Reus, hometown of Antoni Gaudi. Don't leave the city without visiting the Gaudi centre. Thy have some nice exhibitions and of course the pending maquette.

An excellent experience and very educational. Free audio supplied. Proof that architecture and nature equals art
