A beautiful building to walk around and see all the stores. We stopes for lunch inside too which was lovely, very quick service and food was gorgeous. The only minus is that you have to share tables with others.
This market hall has lots of history (old timber painted signs on the food stalls) and character. It's not particularly large but there is some food here for everyone.I didn't eat here but I will definitely return for lunch. It is not far from Ostermalmstorg T-bana.
One of the best food markets I have visited. From Beirut Cafe and their falafels to the pastries at Melanders. So worth the visit.
If your taste buds need some tantalising then a visit here is a must. Such a neat place where you wont leave feeling hungry.
A must visit while in Stockholm. The smells alone a worth a visit !!.Great food on offer, and some of the stalls have eating areas attached. The fish, meat, breads and desserts are amazing. The market also happens to be in a lovely building.Well worth a visit.
If you like to eat and enjoy the different preparation of food, than this is the place to go in Stockholm. This litlle market is charming and delightful. Some shops offers a table if you would like to take a seat and enjoy the delicous food or you get your take away. Either way, the variety of food is good. If you're that kind of person, who can hardly choose, than don't go there if you're already hungry. Otherwise: enjoy and Smaklig måltid!
This market is a food-lovers dream, a lot of fish and meat, various cheeses and desserts. This place should not be missed while in Stockholm!
For the experience, a visit to Ostermalm Saluhall is worthwhile - the little boutique stores are amazing and the aromas in the air are incredible. A little expensive to buy food, but if you're looking for authenticity and charm - you should see this place for yourself. You could easily get lost in the maze of shops and die in absolute heaven! The only problem is there's too much choice!
Worth a visit for the experience but you need deep pockets to dine there.Great sights and smells and some interesting options for lunch or dinner.
great choice of food from 2-3 restaurants inside the meat market. Pricey, but excellent. We went for some open sandwiches which were delicious
beautiful building-fun food experience. A variety of cheese, meat, fish, bread, vegetable stalls-coffee and pastry too-a lovely local chocolatier, Betsy Sandberg. One of the stalls vacuum-packed some cheeses to be able to transport on plane. Lisa Elmqvist restaurant had a variety of aquavits to try and was a good place to sample swedish specialites.
Many great stands with food to choose from. We grabbed bread at one stand, then got some cheese and a glass of wine from another. We were able to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds. Also bought some Swedish treats at a treat vendor which were outstanding. This place was a lot of fun to explore and had great choices for snacking or a full meal (you can get the food to go as well.)
Fabulous indoor market with a great qbundance of hyper fresh fish, seafood, vegetables etc. And many small and affordable food stalls (some might claim to be a real restaurant) where you can eat these great products.Nordic version of La Boqueria (Barcelona) and foodies will know what I mean...
Fantastic Swedish fare, seafood, fish etc. Also sushi, butcher, bakery and coffee shop all in a large antique food court setting
It has a lot of good items for sale, ready to eat and somewhat groceries. Once of the first few food markets in the city. Very close to a subway station, and an 8-minute walk to the waterfront.
