bois de la cambre and foret de soignes

喜欢躺在树下绿荫草地上，洒来斑驳映在脸上的感觉，觉得非常亲近大自然，整个身心都非常放松，周围好多家庭游客，爸妈陪着孩子一起嬉戏玩耍，或者孩子躺在爸妈的身边，听着爸妈讲着故事，不时传来阵阵笑声。。。。很喜欢这种感觉

A nice change from the hectic city, although you can hear and see the highway from nearly every part of the park. In the middle of the park you can take a little ferry for €1 to a Swiss chalet for a nice lunch.

great walks however you always hear the highway. pity, however the trees are immense. this is how Flanders was 100 years ago before the real estate companies started to cut trees. This was for years the private horse riding forest for the noble and king of Belgium.

It's a quiet Sunday. Want something to do in Brussels? Well, the Bois de la Cambre is the place to visit. Very large, with many linked tracks, lakes and associated walks this is a wonderful facility for the people of Brussels (which is not short of parks in any case). Walks, cycling, horse riding, it's all here. Enjoy.

Really nice places to rest to walk to laugh to enjoy in the green. The Bois de la Cambre with its lake in the center ..... really magnificent !

This is a great place to go to unwind on a Sunday afternoon. There is a pedestrian zone and no cars are allowed, so it is a great place for in-line skating, biking or running. It may be a little hard to get to, but go to the University on the tram -- it is a good starting point.

Go there anything. Beautiful just now...cold and crisp with a light dusting of snow. Walk round the lake and if you have time take the ferry over to the Swiss Cottage for a warm wine.

Beautiful urban park. Perfect for a bike ride! Just becareful with the cars that also cross the park.

I visited the park and although the weather wasn't at its best I enjoyed it and also I had the opportunity to have a coffee to the very charming cafe in the middle of the artificial lake, Chalet Robinson, unfortunately at the time we got there they didn't served food so if you are interesting on dining check with them for the hours that the kitchen is open.

Amazing park in the city, ideal for a pik-nik with friends on a sunny day (if you are lucky to get one of those).

I used to live near here and spent many evenings running around. It is a wonderful green space in the middle of the city. Full of families and runners, etc.....the Foret itself is also worth a wander in. You can go all the way from Brussels to Waterloo largely through the Foret.

Close-ish to the centre of the city it's an oasis of greenery and space, with a lake and many paths for kids to explore...

Begin in the park near the city where you can buy "luikse waffels" and continue south-eastwards for two hours or more, and find yourself in a quiet and relatively natural forest.

Every week at lest once i went jogging there. Great variety of tracks. The best jogging place in Brussels I have discovered.

Brussels is surprisingly green and we have many beautiful parks. The Bois de la Cambre is a must, romantic,, easy to each and yet not totally out of the center of the capital!
